Abstract
This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of electric motor installation through a differentiated learning approach for students of SMKN 1 Ciruas. The research method used is a quantitative approach. This study uses a non-equivalent control group design. The collection of sample data in this study used a sampling technique with a simple random sampling method in determining 2 different classes. This study used class XI TITL SMKN 1 Ciruas which was divided into 2 classes, namely XI TITL-1 as the control class and class XI TITL-2 as the experimental class. Based on the results of the paired samples statistical test in the control group, it was found that the average pretest score of 55.00 increased to 74.00 in the posttest, so that there was an increase of 19.00 points, while in the experimental group, the average pretest score of 47.34 increased to 77.66 in the posttest, so that the increase reached 30.32 points. From the paired sample test on the experimental and control groups, the significance data (2-tailed) was 0.000 < 0.05, which indicates that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted as an alternative hypothesis.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar instalasi motor listrik melalui pendekatan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada siswa SMKN 1 Ciruas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain nonquivalent control group design. Pengumpulan data sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling dengan metode simple random sampling dalam penentuan 2 kelas yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan kelas XI TITL SMKN 1 Ciruas yang terbagi menjadi 2 kelas yaitu XI TITL-1 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XI TITL-2 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik paired samples pada kelompok kontrol, ditemukan bahwa rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 55,00 meningkat menjadi 74,00 pada posttest, sehingga terdapat kenaikan sebesar 19,00 poin, sedangkan pada kelompok eksperimen, nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 47,34 meningkat menjadi 77,66 pada posttest, sehingga peningkatannya mencapai 30,32 poin. Dari uji paired sample test terhadap kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol mendapatkan data signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang menunjukkan bahwa H₀ ditolak dan H₁ diterima sebagai hipotesis alternatif. | |||||||||
