Bayinah. NIM: 6661091174. SKRIPSI. Pelaksanaan Peran Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan dan Koperasi Kota Serang dalam Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal (PEL) Di Kota Serang. Program Studi Administrasi Negara. Kata kunci : Peran, Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal (PEL). Permasalahan penelitian adalah verifikasi data jumlah UMKM yang belum ada; Kemitraan, pendampingan, pemasaran, pendidikan dan pelatihan yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Pelaksanaan Peran Bidang Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah dalam Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal (Khususnya Industri Pangan Lokal) Di Kota Serang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Dinas Perindustrian Perdagangan dan Koperasi Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian adalah Pengusaha Industri UMKM Unggulan di kota Serang. Teori dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Peran Biddle dan Thomas. Dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner, observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Dalam menganalisis data digunakan uji hipotesis t-test satu sampel. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan peran Disperindagkop di Kota Serang masih rendah karena hasil perhitungan diperoleh 44,12% dari angka minimal 65%. Saran peneliti melakukan pembinaan dan pendampingan yang merata dan berkelanjutan, melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi, memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan, dan kerjasama.

The Partnership, training, mentoring and empowerment is not efficient. The focus of this research is the role of sector micro and medium enterprises in the local economic development (especially local food industry) in Serang City. The aim’s of this research is to find out the role of Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperative in Serang City. The method of this research is descriptive quantitative. The subject of this research is entrepreneur of industry excellent UMKM in Serang City. The theory of this research is Biddle and Thomas role’s theory. In collecting, the data is by using distributing questionnaires, observation, documentation and interview. In analyzing, the data used hypothesis testing one-sample t-test. This research shows that, the role of Department of Industry, Trade and Cooperatives in Serang City is still low because the results of calculation obtained 44.12% of the minimum 65%. Researcher’s suggestions that relevant department need to provide training and equitable mentoring and sustainable, need to conduct monitoring and evaluating, and need to organize socialization and training, and collaboration. |
