Abstract

This study was conducted to examine The Effect of Discipline Preventive, Compensation Finance, Environment and Physical Work the Employee Performance PT. Satyamitra Kemas Lestari Population in this research are employees. the number of population 538 people. In this research the number of respondent 84 people. Data collection method used in this research was observation, interview, and the questionnaire. The method of analysis the data used was multiple regression and t test. The result of experiment is based on t test of Direct Discipline Preventive on Employee Performance is obtained -thitung < -ttabel (-2,251 < -1,664) with the result that there is negative and significant effect from Discipline Preventive to Employee Performance. Compensation Finance on Employee Performance is obtained thitung > ttabel (2,522 > 1,664) with the result that there is positive and significant effect from Compensation Finance to Employee Performance, Environment and Physical Work on Employee Performance is obtained thitung > ttabel (2,767 >1,664) with the result that there is positive and significant from Environment and Physical Work to Employee Performance.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Preventif, Kompensasi Finansial, dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Satyamitra Kemas Lestari Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan divisi produksi sebanyak 538 orang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 84 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi berganda dan Uji t. .Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji t, Disiplin Preventif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan didapat -thitung < - ttabel (-2,251 < -1,664) sehingga terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan dari Disiplin Preventif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kompensasi Finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan didapat thitung > ttabel( 2,522 > 1,664 ) sehingga terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Kompensasi Finansial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan didapat thitung > ttabel (2,767> 1,664) sehingga terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Lingkungan Kerja Fisik terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
