Abstract
ABSTRACT Taufiq Ramadhan 6662092267 Research Communication Strategy and Program Management Event "Paranti Babaung" In Paranti Radio 105.6 FM in Developing Knowledge City Indie Music In Pandeglang Behind the rise of the phenomenon of indie bands in Pandeglang, there are interesting things to be observed that their presence in front of the community in the city is the Pandeglang Students. Tend to be negative image about diversity musision. Therefore Paranti radio makes a music program themed indie music, the music program has always been a mainstay of every radio to attract the attention of the public, especially young people. Additionally paranti babaung always provide information about music that is up to date happened in out of country or in the country are packed with light in order to facilitate the audience, especially the youth to be more excited and spur creativity. Based on the description above, the researcher wants to know the strategies used and Management Paranti Radio 105.6 FM Pandeglang in the manufacture Program of Paranti Babaung. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods using several steps, the follow are: data collection, data preparation, data presentation, and conclusion. This study concluded that, Radio Paranti used the Theory of SMCR and Management Theory in its strategy to create a program. First they determine the public or their target, making a message of the program, after that they used radio as a media. After that process is complete they make management process began of Planning (planning), Organizing (organizinng), Movement ( actuating), and the last is Control/Monitoring (controlling). So the program of Paranti Babaung was running. In this study found that the program paranti babaung get a positive response from the audience. They agree with this program because it is desired by young people in this era who are want the music program events on the radio and could make the creatuvitym of music. With this strategy of paranti radio was effective and precise manufacture of the program to be presented in the listener, so strategy communication and management program was effective from the determination of audiences, broadcasting material and its execution on target.

Dibalik maraknya fenomena band indie di Kota Pandeglang, ada hal menarik dicermati yaitu keberadaan mereka di hadapan masyarakat di Kota Pandeglang yang notabenya adalah Kota Santri. Image yang cenderung negatif tentang perilaku keberagaman musisi.Oleh sebab itu Radio Paranti membuat sebuah program acara musik yang bertemakan musik indie, Program musik selalu menjadi andalan setiap radio untuk menarik perhatian masyarakat khususnya kaum remaja. Selain itu paranti babaung selalu memberikan informasi tentang musik yang up to date yang terjadi dilauar negeri atau didalam negeri yang dikemas dengan ringan agar memudahkan para pendengarnya khususnya para remaja agar lebih bersemangat dan memacu kreativitas. Berdasarkan uraian diatas, peneliti ingin mengetahui strategi dan Manajemen yang digunakan Radio Paranti 105.6 FM Pandeglang dalam pembuatan program acara Paranti Babaung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif menggunakan beberapa langkah, yaitu : pengumpulan data, penyusunan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa, Radio Teori Manajemen dalam strategi nya untuk membuat sebuah program acara. Pertama mereka menentukan khlayak atau target sasaran nya, membuat pesan program acara tersebut, setelah itu menggunakan sebuah media yaitu radio. Setelah proses itu selesai mereka langgsung membuat proses manajemen mulai Perencanaan (planning),Pengorganisasian (organizinng),Pergerakan (actuating), dan terakhir Pengendalian/Pengawasan (controlling). Sehingga program acara Paranti Babaung pun berjalan. Dalam penelitian ini menemukan bahwa program acara paranti babaung mendapatkan respon positif dari pendengarnya. Mereka sangat setuju dengan program acara ini karena ini yang di inginkan oleh para anak-anak muda zaman sekarang yang menginginkan acara musik di radio dan bisa membuat kreatifitas bermusik. Dengan ini Strategi Radio Paranti sangat efektif dan tepat dalam pembuatan acara untuk disajikan pendengar, sehingga strategi komunikasi dan manajemen programnya sangat baik mulai dari penentuan khalayak, materi penyiaran dan eksekusi nya tepat sasaran. | |||||||||
