Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the influence of transformational leadership of school principals on school culture, analyse the influence of work motivation on school culture, analyse the influence of school culture on teacher performance, analyse the influence of transformational leadership of school principals on teacher performance, analyse the influence of work motivation on teacher performance, and analyse the influence of transformational leadership of school principals on teacher performance through school culture. and to analyse the influence of work motivation on teacher performance through school culture in public elementary schools in Ciomas District, Serang Regency. This study used a quantitative path analysis method. The population in this study consisted of 194 teachers, with 131 teachers participating. Research results: 1. Transformational leadership has a significant influence on school culture, with a coefficient of determination (R²) value of 61.6%; 2. Work motivation has a significant influence on school culture, with a coefficient of determination (R²) value of 61.6%; 3. School culture significantly influences teacher performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 56.1%; 4. Transformational leadership of the school principal significantly influences teacher performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of %; 5. Since the significance value is 0.101 > 0.05. Work motivation does not influence teacher performance; 6. The results of the Sobel test show that the calculated t-value is 3.40 > t-table with a significance level of 0.05, which is 1.65. Transformational Leadership of School Principals on Teacher Performance through School Culture mediation has a significant effect; 7. The results of the Sobel test show that the calculated t value of 2.25 is greater than the table t value with a significance level of 0.05, which is 1.65. Work Motivation on Teacher Performance through School Culture mediation has a significant effect in public elementary schools in Ciomas District, Serang Regency.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif analisis jalur. Populasi di penelitian 194 orang guru, sebanyak 131 guru. Hasil penelitian 1. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap budaya sekolah, nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 61,6 %; 2. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap budaya sekolah, nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 61,6 %; 3. Budaya sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, hasil pengujian nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 56,1 %; 4. Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru, nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar %; 5. Karena nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,101>0,05. Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru; 6. Hasil uji tes sobel nilai〖 t〗_hitung 3,40>t_(tabel ) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05 yaitu sebesar 1,65. Kepemimpinan Trasnformasional Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui mediasi Budaya Sekolah berpengaruh signifikan; 7. Hasil uji tes sobel nilai t_hitung 2,25>t_(tabel ) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,05 yaitu sebesar 1,65. Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru melalui mediasi Budaya Sekolah berpengaruh signifikan di sekolah dasar negeri Kecamatan Ciomas Kabupaten Serang.
