Abstract

The Online Learning System (SPADA) is an online learning platform launched by Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University as part of the transformation towards technology-based learning. This research was conducted due to issues with the SPADA website, which often experiences disruptions that affect the user experience. A preliminary survey of 100 students showed that only 39% were satisfied, while 61% were dissatisfied, indicating the need for improvements in the service quality of SPADA Untirta. Based on this issue, this research was conducted with the aim of improving the service quality of the SPADA website using the integration of E-Servqual, Kano, and QFD. The data for this study was collected through primary data, using a questionnaire distributed to 157 respondents. The study utilized 8 dimensions from the E-Servqual model, resulting in 15 supporting attributes. Based on the integration of E-Servqual, Kano, and QFD calculations, 15 service attributes require improvement. One of the priority attributes is the smooth execution of online exams in SPADA (P4), with an Adjusted Importance value of 7.98, which requires increasing the dedicated server capacity from 5 TB to 15 TB to ensure stable performance and accommodate many users. This server capacity improvement is prioritized with a technical response weight of 21%.

Additional Information: Sistem Pembelajaran Daring (SPADA) yang merupakan platform pembelajaran daring yang diluncurkan oleh Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa sebagai bagian dari transformasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini dibuat berdasarkan terjadinya permasalahan pada website SPADA sering mengalami gangguan, mengganggu pengalaman pengguna. Survei pendahuluan pada 100 mahasiswa menunjukkan hanya 39% yang puas, sementara 61% tidak puas, menandakan perlunya perbaikan kualitas layanan SPADA Untirta. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dibuatlah penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada website SPADA dengan menggunakan integrasi E-Servqual - Kano - QFD. Data pada penelitian ini diambil menggunakan data primer yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 157 responden. Dimensi yang digunakan sebanyak 8 dimensi dari model E-Servqual dengan hasil 15 atribut pendukungnya. Berdasarkan perhitungan integrasi E-Servqual - Kano - QFD, atribut pelayanan yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan sebanyak 15 atribut pelayanan. Atribut pelaksanaan ujian daring di SPADA berjalan lancar tanpa hambatan (P4) menjadi prioritas dengan nilai Adjusted Importance 7,98 yang harus dilakukan meningkatkan server dedicated dari 5 TB menjadi 15 TB untuk memastikan kinerja stabil dan dapat menangani banyak pengguna menjadi prioritas respons teknis yang dilakukan untuk perbaikan dengan bobot 21 %.
