Abstract
This study aims to describe the management of facilities and infrastructure in supporting the learning motivation of kindergarten children at TKIT Bina Bangsa Islamic School, Serang, Banten. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through field observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the management of facilities and infrastructure is carried out systematically through two main channels, namely direct observation of the TKIT Bina Bangsa Islamic School. Evaluations are carried out periodically, and the school responds quickly to findings of damage or the need for renewal by submitting proposals to the foundation based on a priority scale. Active participation of teachers and parents through monthly evaluation forums and school committee meetings also contributes to the improvement of facilities. As a result, the renewal of teaching aids and renovation of the playground have a positive effect on children's learning motivation, marked by increased enthusiasm, comfort, and involvement in learning activities. This study concludes that effective and responsive management of facilities and infrastructure is an important factor in creating a conducive learning environment for early childhood.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dalam menunjang motivasi belajar anak usia Taman Kanak-kanak di TKIT Bina Bangsa Islamic School, Serang, Banten. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dilakukan secara sistematis melalui dua jalur utama, yaitu observasi langsung di sekolah TKIT Bina Bangsa Islamic School. Evaluasi dilakukan secara berkala, dan sekolah merespon secara cepat terhadap temuan kerusakan atau kebutuhan pembaruan dengan mengajukan usulan kepada pihak yayasan berdasarkan skala prioritas. Partisipasi aktif guru dan orang tua melalui forum evaluasi bulanan dan pertemuan komite sekolah turut berkontribusi dalam penyempurnaan fasilitas. Dampaknya, pembaruan alat peraga dan renovasi taman bermain memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar anak, ditandai dengan meningkatnya antusiasme, kenyamanan, dan keterlibatan mereka dalam kegiatan belajar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana yang efektif dan responsif menjadi faktor penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif bagi anak usia dini. | |||||||||
