Abstract
This study has as its background the existence of problems in the achievement of the implementation of the Recovery Supplementary Food Program (PMT-P) in Kagungan Village, Serang Subdistrict in 2022, including less operative community participation, inappropriate PMT-P program implementation time, and PMT-P beneficiaries who are not on target. This study aims to determine the achievement of PMT-P program implementation in Kagungan Village, Serang Subdistrict in 2022. This research uses the theory of Leo Agustino's policy evaluation model (2023) which consists of five dimensions, namely: (1) Apparatus Resources, (2) Institutional, (3) Facilities, Infrastructure and Technology, (4) Financial, (5) Regulation. The method in this research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results in this study indicate that the achievement of the implementation of the Recovery Supplementary Feeding program in Kagungan Village in 2022 has not run optimally enough. The problems found by researchers are inoperative community participation, the program implementation time not being in accordance with the stipulated time, and the data on beneficiaries of the PMT-P program not being on target.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini memiliki latar belakang adanya permasalahan pada pencapaian pelaksanaan program Pemberian Makanan Tambahan Pemulihan (PMT-P) di Kelurahan Kagungan Kecamatan Serang pada Tahun 2022, diantaranya partisipasi masyarakat yang kurang operatif, waktu pelaksanaan program PMT-P yang tidak sesuai, dan penerima bantuan PMT-P yang tidak tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencapaian pelaksanaan program PMT-P di Kelurahan Kagungan Kecamatan Serang Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori model evaluasi kebijakan Leo Agustino (2023) yang terdiri dari lima dimensi yaitu : (1) SDA (Sumber Daya Aparatur), (2) Kelembagaan, (3) Sarana, Prasarana Dan Teknologi, (4) Finansial, (5) Regulasi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian pelaksanaan program Pemberian Makanan Tambahan Pemulihan di Kelurahan Kagungan tahun 2022 belum berjalan cukup optimal. Permasalahan yang ditemukan oleh peneliti yaitu partisipasi masyarakat yang kurang operatif, waktu pelaksanaan program tidak sesuai dengan waktu yang ditetapkan, data penerima bantuan program PMT-P tidak tepat sasaran. | |||||||||
