Abstract
The high number of drug abuse cases in Indonesia every year, with data from KOMINFO (BNN, 2022) drug users among young people aged 15-35 years as many as 82.4% as users, 47.1% as dealers, and 31.45 as couriers. In 2023, a national survey showed a figure of 1.73% or 3.3 million people aged 15-64 as users, BNN public relations data (2024), drug users reached 297 million people. Therefore, prevention and education for adolescents are very important. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group guidance services using the think pair share technique on understanding the dangers of drugs in class VIII students of SMPN 10 Kota Serang. This study uses a pre-experimental research type with a one group pre-test and post-test design. With a population of 339 students with a sample of 10 students in the low category. Students are given group guidance services using the think pair share technique for 6 meetings. The data collection technique is a questionnaire on understanding the dangers of drugs. The results of the study showed a significant increase in understanding the dangers of drugs after being given services with an average post-test result of 35.9> pre-test 11.9 and a Paired Sample Test hypothesis test with a t-value calculation result of -20.296 with a p-value or significance of 0.001. So it can be concluded that the results of the significance hypothesis <0.05, as a result H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. With an average gain of 23.2. It can be concluded that from these results it is stated that there is an influence of think pair share technique group guidance on understanding the dangers of drugs in class VIII students of SMPN 10 Kota Serang in the 2024/2025 academic year.

Tahun 2023 survei nasioonal menunjukan angka 1.73% atau 3.3 juta jiwa yang berusia 15-64 sebagai pengguna, data humas BNN (2024), pengguna narkoba mencapai 297 juta jiwa. Oleh karena itu pencegahan dan edukasi pada remaja sangat penting. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik think pair share terhadap pemahaman bahaya narkoba pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 10 Kota Serang. Penelitian ini mempergunakan jenis penelitian pra-eksperimen dengan desain one group pre-test and post-test. Dengan populasi 339 siswa dengan sampel 10 siswa dengan kategori rendah. Siswa diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik think pair share sebanyak 6 kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu angket pemahaman bahaya narkoba. Hasil penelitian menunjukan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman bahaya narkoba setelah diberi layanan dengan hasil rata-rata post-test 35,9 > pre-test 11,9 dan uji hipotesis Paired Sampel Test dengan hasil perhitungan nilai t sebesar-20,296 dengan p-value atau signifikansinya 0,001. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil hipotesis signifikansi < 0,05, alhasil H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan rata-rata gain 23,2. Dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya dari hasil tersebut dinyatakan ada pengaruh bimbingan kelompok teknik think pair share terhadap pemahaman bahaya narkoba pada siswa kelas VIII SMPN 10 Kota Serang tahun ajaran 2024/2025. | |||||||||
