Abstract
Development of Environmental-Based Flipbook Digital Teaching Materials on Food Chain Materials for Independent Learning of Grade V Students of Pontang 1 Elementary School. Thesis of the Master of Elementary Education Program, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. This study aims to develop environmental-based flipbook digital teaching materials to improve the learning independence of elementary school students, especially on food chain material. The background of this study is the low independence and learning outcomes of students, as well as the less than optimal use of technology in learning at Pontang 1 Elementary School. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model. Media expert validation shows a feasibility level of 90.43% and material expert validation of 84.37%, both of which are included in the very feasible category. The results of the effectiveness test show a significant increase in learning outcomes from an average pretest value of 55.52 to 90.34 in the posttest, with an N-Gain value of 78.28% (high category). In addition, the responses of students and teachers to the flipbook were very positive, with percentages of 95.47% and 98.33%, respectively. The level of student learning independence also increased to 86.89% (very high category). This finding shows that the digital flipbook environmental teaching material is effective in strengthening understanding of the food chain concept while fostering learning independence through a contextual and fun interactive approach.

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kemandirian dan hasil belajar siswa, serta kurang optimalnya penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran di SD Negeri Pontang 1. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Validasi ahli media menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan sebesar 90,43% dan validasi ahli materi sebesar 84,37%, keduanya termasuk kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan hasil belajar dari nilai rata-rata pretest 55,52 menjadi 90,34 pada posttest, dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 78,28% (kategori tinggi). Selain itu, respons siswa dan guru terhadap flipbook sangat positif, dengan persentase masing-masing sebesar 95,47% dan 98,33%. Tingkat kemandirian belajar siswa juga meningkat hingga 86,89% (kategori sangat tinggi). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar digital flipbook lingkungan efektif dalam memperkuat pemahaman konsep rantai makanan sekaligus menumbuhkan kemandirian belajar melalui pendekatan interaktif yang kontekstual dan menyenangkan. | |||||||||
