Abstract
UMKM Tahu Bapak H. Samchudi is a company that produces processed soybean food, namely tofu. During the course of business, this company experienced several problems, including competition for similar products with competitors, consumer complaints, and a decrease in turnover in 2024 from the previous year, so that an appropriate strategy was needed for its business development. The purpose of this research is to analyze the external and internal environmental factors contained in UMKM Tahu Bapak H. Samchudi, analyze the business development strategy implemented by UMKM Tahu Bapak H. Samchudi at this time, and analyze alternative strategies that are appropriate in developing the business at UMKM Tahu Bapak H. Samchudi. This research uses a combined method of qualitative and quantitative research with a case study approach. The results of the IFE matrix show that the total score is 2.95 and the EFE matrix shows that the total score is 2.84, so that in the IE matrix the position of UMKM Tahu Bapak H. Samchudi is in cell V, namely hold and maintain. Strategic priorities are determined using the QSPM matrix and the WT strategy, namely developing product innovation, is the priority strategy with a TAS score of 0.647.

| Additional Information: | UMKM Tahu Bapak H. Samchudi merupakan sebuah UMKM yang memproduksi makanan olahan kacang kedelai yaitu tahu. Selama berjalannya usaha, UMKM ini mengalami beberapa permasalahan, antara lain adanya persaingan produk sejenis dengan kompetitor, keluhan konsumen, dan penurunan omzet pada tahun 2024 dari tahun sebelumnya, sehingga diperlukan strategi yang tepat untuk pengembangan usahanya. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor lingkungan eksternal dan internal yang terdapat pada UMKM Tahu Bapak H. Samchudi, menganalisis strategi pengembangan usaha yang diterapkan oleh UMKM Tahu Bapak H. Samchudi saat ini, dan menganalisis alternatif strategi yang tepat dalam mengembangkan usaha pada UMKM Tahu Bapak H. Samchudi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode gabungan antara penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil matriks IFE menunjukkan bahwa skor total tertimbang sebesar 2,95 dan matriks EFE menunjukkan bahwa skor total tertimbang sebesar 2,84, sehingga pada matriks IE posisi UMKM Tahu Bapak H. Samchudi berada pada sel V yaitu hold and maintain (menjaga dan mempertahankan). Prioritas strategi ditentukan menggunakan matriks QSPM, didapat strategi WT yaitu mengembangkan inovasi produk menjadi prioritas strategi dengan jumlah skor TAS sebesar 0,647. | |||||||||
