Abstract
Teacher work productivity in this case is how a teacher carries out his work or performance, in other words teacher work productivity is the teacher's work ethic in carrying out educational activities. This study aims to analyze the relationship between digital literacy, innovative attitudes, and interpersonal communication with the work productivity of junior high school teachers in Serang City. This type of research is quantitative research. The method of data collection is through questionnaires. The population of this study was 1887 state junior high school teachers in Serang City. The number of research samples was 330 state junior high school teachers in Serang City using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used random sampling. Data analysis in this study used classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, product moment correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed: 1). a significant relationship between digital literacy and the work productivity of junior high school teachers in Serang City; 2). a significant relationship between innovative attitudes and the work productivity of junior high school teachers in Serang City; 3). significant relationship between interpersonal communication and work productivity of junior high school teachers in Serang City: 4). significant relationship between digital literacy, innovative attitudes, and interpersonal communication and work productivity of junior high school teachers in Serang City. The implications of teacher research are expected to be able to improve digital literacy, innovative culture and interpersonal communication to improve teacher work productivity in the learning process.

| Additional Information: | Produktivitas kerja guru dalam hal ini adalah bagaimana seorang guru melaksanakan pekerjaannya atau kinerja, dengan kata lain produktivitas kerja guru adalah etos kerja guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan literasi digital, sikap inovatif, dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan produktivitas kerja guru SMP di Kota Serang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 1887 guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri di kota Serang. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 330 guru SMP di Kota Serang dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear sederhana, analisis korelasi product moment, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya: 1). hubungan secara signifikan literasi digital dengan produktivitas kerja guru SMP di Kota Serang; 2). hubungan secara signifikan sikap inovatif dengan produktivitas kerja guru SMP di Kota Serang; 3). hubungan secara signifikan komunikasi interpersonal dengan produktivitas kerja guru SMP di Kota Serang: 4). hubungan secara signifikan literasi digital, sikap inovatif, dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan produktivitas kerja guru SMP di Kota Serang. Implikasi penelitian guru diharapkan mampu meningkatkan literasi digital, budaya inovatif dan komunikasi interpersonal untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja guru dalam proses pembelajaran. | |||||||||
