Abstract

This research is motivated by problems regarding the quality of teachers in implementing learning, one of which is due to the lack of academic supervision. It can be seen from several phenomena that the quality of teachers is decreasing due to the lack of pedagogical competence of teachers in implementing varied and effective learning methods, lack of motivation and professionalism of teachers in following educational developments, and teacher workloads that are too high so that they reduce time for learning preparation. The research used a quantitative approach. The data measurement method uses a Likert scale, uses validity and reliability tests and data analysis techniques using Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study based on the T test X1 and Y obtained a tcount value of 3.680 and ttable 2.006 so it can be concluded that the tcount ttable and obtained a significant value of 0.001 0.05. Thus the academic supervision variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning.Based on the T-test X2 and Y, the tcount value is 2.299 and the ttable is 2.006 so it can be concluded that the tcount ttable and a significant value of 0.026 0.05 is obtained. Thus the teacher's pedagogical competence variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning. Based on the T test X1, X2, on Y, it can be seen with df (n1) 1, df (n2) 53, then Ftabel is obtained at 4.023. So that the results of the simultaneous test or F test obtained an Fcount value of 65.474 and an Ftable value of 4.023. Then this value shows Fhitung Ftabel with a significance level of 0.000 α 0.05. So that overall the independent variables, namely the variables of academic supervision and teacher pedagogical competence, have an influence on the quality of learning as the dependent variable. This study concludes that academic supervision and pedagogical competence of teachers have a crucial and significant role in improving the quality of learning at Homeschooling Putra Gama. Therefore, continuous efforts in improving these two aspects will contribute positively to improving the quality of education at Homeschooling Putra Gama.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh permasalahan mengenai kualitas guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran salah satunya dikarenakan kurangnya pengawasan supervisi akademik. Dapat di lihat dari beberapa fenomena kualitas guru yang semakin menurun di dikarenakan Kurangnya kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam mengimplementasikan metode pembelajaran yang variatif dan efektif, Kurangnya motivasi dan profesionalisme guru dalam mengikuti perkembangan Pendidikan, serta Beban kerja guru yang terlalu tinggi sehingga mengurangi waktu untuk persiapan pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengukuran data menggunakan skala likert, menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini Berdasarkan Uji T X1 dan Y diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 3,680 dan ttabel 2,006 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa thitung ttabel serta diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,001 0,05. Dengan demikian variabel supervisi akademik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran.Berdasarkan Uji T X2 dan Y diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 2,299 dan ttabel 2,006 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa thitung ttabel serta diperoleh nilai signifikan 0,026 0,05. Dengan demikian variabel kompetensi pedagogik guru secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran.Berdasarkan Uji T X1, X2, terhadap Y , dapat diketahui dengan df (n1) 1, df (n2) 53, maka didapatkan Ftabel sebesar 4,023. Sehingga hasil dari uji simultan atau uji F memperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 65,474 dan nilai Ftabel 4,023. Maka nilai tersebut menunjukkan Fhitung Ftabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0.000 α 0.05. Sehingga secara keseluruhan variabel independen yaitu variabel supervisi akademik dan kompetensi pedagogik guru mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kualitas pembelajaran sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa supervisi akademik dan kompetensi pedagogik guru memiliki peran yang krusial dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Homeschooling Putra Gama. Oleh karena itu, upaya berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kedua aspek ini akan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Homeschooling Putra Gama.
