Abstract
The development of tourism infrastructure in East Java plays an important role in increasing the attractiveness of tourism in this region, along with the increasing interest of both domestic and foreign tourists visiting existing tourist destinations, efforts to develop the tourism industry in East Java continue to be carried out and are a priority, it is also hoped that these efforts can encourage regional economic growth. This study identifies the impact of the use of government capital expenditure budgets in the tourism industry on changes in output, labor compensation or labor wages and business capital or industrial business surplus on the economy of East Java Province in 2023. The main data in this analysis is the Input-Output Table of East Java Province Domestic Transactions Based on Producer Prices (52 Industries), 2016 (Million Rupiah). The analysis method used is the General Equilibrium Analysis method. The results of the analysis show that almost all industries have an economic impact due to the use of government spending budgets in the tourism industry. The construction industry recorded the highest impact on changes in output of 64.4519 percent, changes in labor compensation or labor wages of 56.5379 percent and changes in business capital or business surplus of 56.0307 percent. Meanwhile, the Accommodation Provision industry recorded the lowest impact, namely on output changes of 0.0165 percent, changes in labor compensation or labor wages of 0.0122 percent and changes in business capital or business surplus of 0.0208 percent.

| Additional Information: | Pembangunan Infrastruktur pariwisata di Jawa Timur berperan penting untuk meningkatkan daya tarik wisata di wilayah ini, seiring dengan peningkatan minat wisatawan baik domestik maupun mancanegara yang berkunjung ke destinasi wisata yang ada, upaya pengembangan industri pariwisata di Jawa Timur terus dilakukan dan menjadi prioritas, diharapkan juga upaya ini dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi regional. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi mengenai dampak penggunaan anggaran belanja modal pemerintah di industri pariwisata pada perubahan output, kompensasi tenaga kerja atau upah tenaga kerja dan modal usaha atau surplus usaha industri pada perekonomian Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2023. Data utama dalam analisis ini yaitu Tabel Input-Output Provinsi Jawa Timur Transaksi Domestik Atas Dasar Harga Produsen (52 Industri),2016 (Juta Rupiah). Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode Analisis Keseimbangan Umum. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa hampir semua industri memperoleh dampak ekonomi akibat pen ggunaan anggaran belanja pemerintah di industri pariwisata. Industri konstruksi mencatat dampak tertinggi pada perubahan output sebesar 64,4519 persen perubahan kompensasi tenaga kerja atau upah tenaga kerja sebesar 56,5379 persen dan perubahan modal usaha atau surplus usaha sebesar 56,0307 persen. Sedangkan industri Penyediaan Akomodasi mencatat dampak terendah yaitu pada perubahan output sebesar 0,0165 persen, perubahan kompensasi tenaga kerja atau upah tenaga kerja sebesar 0,0122 persen dan perubahan modal usaha atau surplus usaha sebesar 0,0208 persen. | |||||||||
