Abstract
Leraning community and work motivation need to be improved by each teacher, so that teacher performance is optimal and able to update the latest learning system so that learning is more interesting and meaningful. This study aims to analyze and describe that relationship: 1) learning community with teacher performance at elementary school group 5, Cipocok Jaya District; 2) work motivation with teacher performance at elementary school group 5, Cipocok Jaya District; 3) learning community and work motivation together with teacher performance at elementary school group 5, Cipocok Jaya District. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The research sampel was 74 teachers at elementary school group 5, Cipocok Jaya District. Data for the study were collected, 74 questionnaires. Data processing used validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, homogeneity tests, linearity tests, and correlation tests through the SPSS version 27.0 program. There is a relationship between learning community and teacher performance as indicated by the results of the correlation test obtained a pearson correlation value of 0.586, there is a relationship between work motivation and teacher performance as indicated by the results of the correlation tests obtained a pearson correlation value of 0.500, there is a relationship between learning community and work motivation with teacher performance as indicated by the results of the simultaneous correlation coefficient test of 0.695. Learning community and work motivation together have a positive relationship. And teachers should improve learning community and work motivation so that teacher performance increases.

Additional Information: | Komunitas belajar dan motivasi kerja perlu ditingkatkan oleh setiap guru, sehingga kinerja guru optimal dan mampu memperbaharui system pembelajaran terkini supaya pembelajaran lebih menarik dan bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan hubungan: 1) komunitas belajar dengan kinerja guru di SD Negeri Gugus 5 Kecamatan Cipocok Jaya; 2) motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru di SD Negeri Gugus 5 Kecamatan Cipocok Jaya; 3) komunitas belajar dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru di SD Negeri Gugus 5 Kecamatan Cipocok Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 74 guru di SD Negeri Gugus 5 Kecamatan Cipocok Jaya. Data untuk penelitian dikumpulkan, kuesioner disebarkan sebanyak 74 kuesioner, dan dapat diolah sebanyak 74 kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji validitas, pengujian reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji linearitas, dan uji korelasi melalui program SPSS versi 27.0. Terdapat hubungan komunitas belajar dengan kinerja guru yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji korelasi diperoleh nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0,586, terdapat hubungan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji korelasi diperoleh nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0,500, terdapat hubungan komunitas belajar dan motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji koefisien korelasi secara simultan sebesar 0,695. Komunitas belajar dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai hubungan yang positif. Serta guru sebaiknya meningkatkan komunitas belajar dan motivasi kerja sehingga kinerja guru meningkat. | |||||||||
