Abstract
Performance as part function from factor ability and motivation , which can interpreted If there is change from one of them in a way directly , then will influence its performance . Factors that can influence teacher performance , including : ability and motivation . Research This aimed and intended For analyze connection efficacy self and device learning with performance of elementary school teachers in the sub-district Waringinkurung . The method used in study This use approach quantitative . The data obtained in form number analyzed with statistics and results described . Based on results obtained from correlation test results pearson in a way partial , that in variable X1 ( Efficacy) Self ) towards Y (Teacher Performance) ie of 0.039 which can be interpreted that there is significant relationship . Then on the variable X2 ( Device Learning ) towards Y (Teacher Performance) , namely of 0.000 which means there is significant relationship . While that , based on correlation test results multiple in a way simultaneous that Sig.F Change , namely own mark of 0.000 which shows existence connection significant between variables X1 and X2 with Y simultaneous or in a way together . Then based on the R value is of 0.498 then can concluded that degrees relationship that is owned between variables X1 and X2 with Y have degrees connection moderate / sufficient . With thus can concluded that there is significant relationship between efficacy self and device learning with performance of elementary school teachers in the sub-district Waringinkurung.

Additional Information: | Kinerja sebagai bagian fungsi dari faktor kemampuan juga motivasi, yang dapat diartikan jika terdapat perubahan dari salah satunya secara langsung, maka akan mempengaruhi kinerjanya. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru, diantaranya : kemampuan (ability) dan motivasi (motivation). Penelitian ini bertujuan dan dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis hubungan efikasi diri dan perangkat pembelajaran dengan kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Waringinkurung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh dalam bentuk angka dianalisis dengan statistik dan hasilnya dideskripsikan. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dari hasil uji korelasi pearson secara parsial, bahwa pada variabel X1 (Efikasi Diri) terhadap Y (Kinerja Guru) yaitu sebesar 0,039 yang dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Kemudian pada variabel X2 (Perangkat Pembelajaran) terhadap Y (Kinerja Guru) yaitu sebesar 0,000 yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang signifikan. Sementara itu, berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi berganda secara simultan bahwa Sig.F Change, yaitu memiliki nilai sebesar 0,000 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara variabel X1 dan X2 dengan Y secara simultan atau secara bersama-sama. Kemudian berdasarkan nilai R yaitu sebesar 0,498 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa derajat hubungan yang dimiliki antara variabel X1 dan X2 dengan Y memiliki derajat hubungan sedang/cukup. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dan perangkat pembelajaran dengan kinerja guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Waringinkurung. | |||||||||
