Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Work Life Balance on employee performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable among employees at PT. Mitra Grafika Perdana. The research is motivated by the phenomenon of declining employee performance and the imbalance between work and personal life, which negatively affects job satisfaction. This research adopts a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the SmartPLS 4.0 software. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling with a total of 52 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results show that: (1) Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (4) Job Satisfaction mediates the relationship between Work Life Balance and employee performance. These findings confirm that a good Work Life Balance improves Job Satisfaction, which in turn positively impacts Employee Performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan PT. Mitra Grafika Perdana. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena kinerja karyawan yang cenderung menurun serta ketidakseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi yang berdampak pada kepuasan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 52 orang. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (2) Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, (3) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, serta (4) Kepuasan Kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara Work Life Balance dan Kinerja Karyawan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa Work Life Balance yang baik dapat meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja, yang selanjutnya berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan Kinerja Karyawan. | |||||||||
