Abstract
This research aims to determine the impact of mentoring weekly study circles as a platform for character development on the global diversity character of FKIP Untirta students. It employs a quantitative method with descriptive techniques. The research population consists of FKIP Untirta students from the 2023 cohort who have completed the LSP program, selected through simple random sampling. The results indicate a significant effect of the mentoring weekly study circles on the global diversity character, with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, meaning there is an influence between variable X and variable Y. The calculated r value is 0.000 > r table, indicating a positive effect. The coefficient of determination (r square) shows a result of 0.225, indicating that the effect of implementing the mentoring weekly study circles on the character of diversity among students is 22.5%. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence of the implementation of mentoring weekly study circles (X) on the global diversity character of FKIP Untirta students.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mentoring lingkar studi pekanan sebagai wadah pengembangan karakter terhadap karakter kebhinekaan global mahasiswa FKIP Untirta. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik deskriptif, populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa FKIP Untirta Angkatan 2023 yang telah lulus program LSP dan sampel diambil dengan simple random sampling. hasil menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara mentoring lingkar studi pekanan terhadap karakter kebhinekaan global dengan signifikansi 0,001<0,05 artinya ada pengaruh antara variabel X terhadap Variabel Y. Berdasarkan t hitung 5.175 > t tabel 1.661 menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif. Untuk koefisien determinasi (r square) ditemukan hasil sebesar 0,225 menunjukan bahwa pengaruh pelaksanaan mentoring lingkar studi pekanan terhadap karakter kebhinekaan mahasiswa adalah 22,5% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif pelaksanaan mentoring lingkar studi pekanan (x) pada karakter kebhinekaan global mahasiswa FKIP Untirta. | |||||||||
