Abstract

Science learning (IPAS) in elementary schools only explains theory without conducting observations, resulting in students having low science process skills. This study aims to develop an Augmented Reality-based e-worksheet (e-LKPD) on the ecosystem material at Gope Beach and to evaluate its impact on science process skills. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D development model, which includes the stages of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The instrument used was a validation questionnaire sheet. The results showed that the development process was carried out through a needs analysis of students and their surrounding environment, the design of locally-based media, expert validation, and implementation in the learning process. The e-LKPD received a feasibility score of 84.6%, categorized as 'feasible', while the effectiveness level of the e-LKPD obtained an N-Gain score of 0.7192, categorized as 'high'. Students’ responses were very positive, with a score of 94.6%. Based on the research results it can be concluded that the Augmented Reality-based e-LKPD on the ecosystem material at Gope Beach is feasible and effective for use in the learning process to improve science process skills related to local-based material.

Additional Information: Pembelajaran IPAS pada Sekolah Dasar hanya menjelaskan teori tanpa dilakukannya pengamatan sehingga menyebabkan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-LKPD berbasis Augmented Reality pada materi ekosistem di Pantai Gope dan mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap keterampilan proses sains. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D yang meliputi tahap Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), Develop (Pengembangan), dan Disseminate (Penyebaran). Intstrument yang digunakan yaitu lembar angket validasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses pengembangan dilakukan melalui analisis kebutuhan peserta didik dan lingkungan sekitar, perancangan media yang berbasis lokal, validasi ahli, dan implementasi dalam proses pembelajaran. e-LKPD memperoleh hasil kelayakan sebesar 84,6% dengan kategori ‘layak’ sedangkan tingkat efektivitas e-LKPD memperoleh nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,7192 dengan kategori ‘Tinggi’. Respon peserta didik sangat baik dengan nilai sebesar 94,6%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-LKPD berbasis Augmented Reality pada materi ekosistem di Pantai Gope layak dan efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran guna meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains yang dikaitkan dengan materi berbasis lokal.
