Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Pancasila education learning on students' awareness of obeying school rules and regulations at SMP Negeri 1 Angsana, Serang City. Identification of problems shows that there are several obstacles, such as the existence of students who are not yet aware of the importance of obeying the rules, weak awareness of school rules and regulations, as well as differences in the level of interest and motivation to learn which influence the level of student discipline. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method to determine the relationship between the Pancasila Education learning variable (variable X) and awareness of obeying school rules (variable Y). The results of the research show that learning Pancasila education has a significant influence on awareness of obeying school rules, with a significance value of 0,001 which is smaller than 0,05, as well as the tcount value 4,175 which is greater than ttable 1,665. The correlation test shows that there is a moderate relationship with the correlation value 0,437. Based on these results, it can be concluded that learning Pancasila education has a significant effect on students' awareness of obeying school rules and regulations. This research provides important implications in strengthening Pancasila education learning as an effort to increase students' awareness of discipline in schools.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila terhadap kesadaran mentaati tata tertib sekolah pada siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Angsana, Kota Pandeglang. Identifikasi masalah menunjukkan adanya beberapa kendala, seperti masih adanya siswa yang belum sadar akan pentingnya mentaati tata tertib, lemahnya kesadaran terhadap tata tertib sekolah, serta perbedaan tingkat minat dan motivasi belajar yang memengaruhi tingkat disiplin siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila (Variabel X) dan kesadaran mentaati tata tertib sekolah (variabel Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesadaran mentaati tata tertib sekolah, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, serta nilai thitung = 4,175 yang lebih besar dari ttabel = 1,665. Uji korelasi menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sedang dengan nilai korelasi 0,437. Berdasarkan hasil ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesadaran siswa dalam mentaati tata tertib sekolah. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting dalam penguatan pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesadaran disiplin siswa di sekolah.
