Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Effectiveness, Interpersonal Communication and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Graha Kencana Damai, Serang City. In this research there are four variables, namely Work Effectiveness (X1), Interpersonal Communication (X2), work discipline (X3), and employee performance (Y). This research involved all employees of PT. Graha Kencana Damai, Serang City as a sample is 61 employees. The data collection method used in this research is using a questionnaire and analyzing the data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 4 student version software. The results of this research show that: (1) Work Effectiveness has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Interpersonal Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (3) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Efektifitas Kerja, Komunikasi Interpersonal dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Graha Kencana Damai Kota Serang. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat empat variabel, yaitu Efektifitas Kerja (X1), Komunikasi Interpersonal (X2), disiplin kerja (X3), dan kinerja karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan PT. Graha Kencana Damai Kota Serang sebagai sampel yaitu 61 karyawan. Metode yang pengumpulan data yang dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner serta menganalisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 4 versi student Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Efektifitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (2) Komunikasi Interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (3) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. | ||||||
