Abstract

Currently, the world of education is faced with a big challenge, namely preparing students to face increasing globalization, requiring the ability to master technology and other skills according to current developments. At the same time, attention to character problems must also be made. The low character of students is caused by education that places more emphasis on introducing cognitive values so that the results are less than optimal. The existence of an independent curriculum provides freedom in learning and thinking so that it will encourage contextual attitudes, skills and knowledge and encourage the character of students. One thing that can be done is to develop character through a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students as a forum for society to learn the values of Pancasila so that they have good personalities. This research aims to determine the planning of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students, the process of implementing the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students and the results of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method approach where data collection uses data in the form of words and images. There were 3 resource persons in this study, consisting of 1 school principal, 2 class IV teachers and 25 class IV teachers. The research results show that the project activities to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students were carried out starting with planning. The planning carried out was identifying the readiness stage of the educational unit, determining the theme, compiling the project module, and determining the project results. During project implementation, project activities are carried out in class and on harvest day at the end of the semester, if the project has been implemented the teacher makes project results based on the results of observations. The results of the research are that students have character development in accordance with the character values of the Pancasila student profile.

Additional Information: Pada saat ini dunia pendidikan dihadapkan pada tantangan besar yaitu mempersiapkan peserta didik dalam menghadapi meningkatnya globalisasi, diperlukan kemampuan dalam menguasai teknologi serta keterampilan lainnya sesuai perkembangan saat ini. Pada saat yang sama, perhatian terhadap permasalahan permasalahan karakter juga harus dilakukan. Rendahnya karakter peserta didik disebabkan oleh pendidikan yang lebih menekankan pada pengenalan nilai-nilai kognitif sehingga hasilnya kurang optimal. Dengan adanya kurikulum merdeka memberikan kebebasan dalam belajar dan berpikir sehingga akan mendorong sikap, keterampilan, pengetahuan yang kontekstual dan mendorong jiwa karakter peserta didik. Salah satu hal yang dapat dilakukan ialah dengan mengembangkan karakter melalui proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila sebagai wadah masyarakat dalam mempelajari nilai-nilai Pancasila agar memiliki kepribadian baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila, proses pelaksanaan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dan hasil proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif dimana pengumpulan datanya menggunakan data yang berupa kata kata, dan gambar. Narasumber pada penelitian ini berjumlah 3 orang yang terdiri dari 1 orang kepala sekolah, 2 orang guru kelas IV dan 25 orang kelas IV. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan proyek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila yang dilakukan diawali dengan perencanaan, perencanaan yang dilakukan yaitu mengidentifikasi tahap kesiapan satuan pendidikan, menentukan tema, menyusun modul proyek, dan menentukan hasil proyek. Pada pelaksanaan proyek dilakukan kegiatan proyek di kelas dan hari panen raya pada akhir semester, jika proyek telah dilaksanakan guru membuat hasil proyek berdasarkan hasil observasi. Hasil penelitian yaitu peserta didik memiliki perkembangan karakter sesuai dengan nilai nilai karakter profil pelajar pancasila.
