Abstract

The purpose of writing the Final Project Report is to find out the procedure for applying for a GAUL housing loan (KPR) at PT. West Java and Banten Regional Development Bank, Tbk. KCK Serang, Banten. As well as to find out the administrative requirements and the GAUL mortgage application process. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection methods such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this Final Project Writing Report show how the procedure for applying for housing loans at Bank BJB KCK Serang includes, KPR Division officers explaining mortgage loan products, by continuing the administrative process, fulfilling credit application requirements, filling out application forms, evaluating application and administrative requirements files, confirmation from the bank by contacting the prospective debtor.

Tujuan dari penulisan Laporan Tugas Akhir adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur pengajuan kredit perumahan (KPR) GAUL pada PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten, Tbk. KCK Serang, Banten. Serta untuk mengetahuin syarat administrasi dan proses pengajuan KPR GAUL. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan metode pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari Laporan Penulisan Tugas Akhir ini menunjukan bagaimana prosedur pengajuan kredit perumahan pada Bank BJB KCK Serang dengan meliputi petugas Divisi KPR menjelaskan produk kredit KPR, dengan melanjutkan proses administrasi, pemenuhan syarat pengajuan kredit, pengisian formulir pengajuan, evaluasi berkas persyaratan pengajuan dan administrasi, konfirmasi pihak bank dengan menghubungi calon debitur.
