Abstract
The study aims to describe the influence of training and professional competence on the quality of learning, as well as to test the role of work culture as a mediating variable at MA in Walantaka District. The study used an explanatory method with a quantitative approach. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire on 71 respondents using a total sampling technique. The study used a path analysis technique to test the influence of independent variables on dependent variables using SPSS 26. The results of the study showed that: there is a significant positive direct effect of training on the quality of learning with a path coefficient of 0.261, sig. 0.022 and t value of 4.730. Professional competence on the quality of learning has a significant direct effect with a path coefficient of 0.208, sig. 0.046 and t value 3.656. Work culture on the quality of teacher learning has a significant positive direct effect with a path coefficient of 0.342, sig. 0.003 and t value 5.404. Training on the quality of learning through work culture has an indirect effect with a mediation effect on the sobel t value of 2.484. professional competence on the quality of learning through work culture does not have an indirect effect with a mediation effect on the sobel test value of 1.392. Simultaneously, training, professional competence and work culture have a positive direct impact on work behavior of 49.9%, the remaining 50.1% is the contribution of other variables not included in the study.

Additional Information: | Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh pelatihan dan kompetensi profesional terhadap mutu pembelajaran, serta menguji peran budaya kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada MA sekecamatan Walantaka. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket tertutup pada 71 responden menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (Path analysis) untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dengan menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh langsung positif signifikan pelatihan terhadap mutu pembelajaran dengan koefisien jalur 0,261, sig. 0,022 dan t value 4,730. Kompetensi profesional terhadap mutu pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh langsung signifikan dengan koefisien jalur 0,208, sig. 0,046 dan t value 3,656. Budaya kerja terhadap mutu pembelajaran guru memiliki pengaruh langsung positif signifikan dengan koefisien jalur 0,342, sig. 0,003 dan t value 5,404. Pelatihan terhadap mutu pembelajaran melalui budaya kerja memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung dengan efek mediasi pada nilai t sobel 2.484. Kompetensi profesional terhadap mutu pembelajaran melalui budaya kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung dengan efek mediasi pada nilai sobel test 1.392. Secara simultan pelatihan, kompetensi professional dan budaya kerja memiliki dampak langsung positif terhadap perilaku kerja sebesar 49,9% sisanya 50,1% merupakan kontribusi dari variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian. | |||||||||
