Abstract
This research aims to test, analyze, and prove how work performance and teamwork influence employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Banten Manpower and Transmigration Service with a sample of 153 respondents using a sampling technique using non-probability sampling with a saturated sample type. The data analysis method is by using the smartPLS 3 (Partial Least Square) application. The test results show that 1) Work performance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance 2) Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 3)Work performance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 4) Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 6) Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of work performance on employee performance; 7) Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of teamwork on employee performance

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis serta membuktikan bagaimana pengaruh prestasi kerja dan kerja sama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Banten dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 153 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan jenis sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi smartPLS 3 (Partial Least Square). Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa 1) Prestasi kerja berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 2) Kerja sama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3) Prestasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; 4) Kerja sama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; 5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan; 6) Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh prestasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; 7) Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh kerja sama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan. | |||||||||
