Pembimbing I: Dra Rahmi Winangsih., M.Si dan Pembimbing II: Puspita Asri Praceka, S.Sos, M.I.Kom. Maraknya online shopping membuat para pengusaha bersaing ketat membuat iklan yang kreatif dan inovatif. Iklan adalah komunikasi komersial dan nonpersonal tentang sebuah produk yang disebarkan melalui media massa. Kesan pelanggan dijadikan testimonial untuk sebuah iklan dalam memasarkan produk pakaian secara online. Testimonial memiliki peran yang dapat menumbuhkan kepercayaan konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh testimonial produk pakaian secara online. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori AIDCA. Teori ini menelaah tentang efek yang ditimbulkan melalui stimuli seseorang dalam menerima pesan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswi ilmu komunikasi FISIP universitas sultan ageng tirtayasa angkatan 2011-2013 yang berjumlah 109 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dan dari hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji korelasi angka probabilitas antara variabel < (lebih kecil dari) 0,05 sehingga dari analisis tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulannya bahwa adanya hubungan antara testimonial produk pakaian terhadap tindakan membeli secara online. The rise of online shopping makes the entrepreneurs competing in creating a creative and innovative advertisement. Advertising is a commercial and nonpersonal communication of a product that is disseminated through the mass media. Customer's impression is generally written as a testimony in advertising the clothing products to online marketing. Testimony has a role that can influence other potential consumers to make purchases. This study aims to determine the effect of testimony in clothing products that is marketed online. The method used is survey method with quantitative approach. The theory used in this research is the AIDCA. This theory examines the effects shown by stimuli a person in receiving the message. The sample was 109 students of Communication Studies, class of 2011-2013,University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. From the results of research based on probability figures correlation test between variables <(less than) 0.05 so that the analysis can be drawn the conclusion that there is a correlation between the testimonial of clothing products and the act of buying online.
