Abstract
Making SIM Online through the SINAR Application (SIM PRESISI NASIONAL) makes it very easy for the public to simplify and shorten the process of making and extending SIM. However, in its implementation there are several obstacles. The focus of this study is the Effectiveness of the SINAR Application (Sim Presisi Nasional) in extending SIM. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of Effectiveness of the SINAR Application (Sim Nasional Presisi) in Extending Driving Licenses in Tangerang City. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and library research. The data analysis used is the theory of program effectiveness which includes achieving goals, adaptation, and integration. Data analysis was carried out using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, and One Sample T-test Hypothesis Test. The results of the study showed that it achieved an effective value by obtaining an effectiveness percentage of 67.13%. with the results of the Adaptation Indicator with a percentage of 64.33%, the Integration Indicator with a percentage of 67.96%, the Goal Achievement indicator with a percentage of 68.54%. Suggestions that can be given are increasing accessibility and user education, increasing public awareness of digital services, improving periodic checks, and evaluating the SINAR application system.

| Additional Information: | Pembuatan SIM Online melalui Aplikasi SINAR (SIM PRESISI NASIONAL) sangat memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan memudahkan dan mempersingkat proses pembuatan serta perpanjangan SIM. Akan tetapi dalam penerapannya terdapat beberpa hambatan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah Efektivitas Aplikasi SINAR (Sim Presisi Nasional) dalam perpanjangan SIM. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tingkat Efektivitas Aplikasi SINAR (Sim Nasional Presisi) Dalam Perpanjangan Surat Izin Mengemudi Di Kota Tangerang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah kuesioner/angket dan penelitian kepustakaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teori efektivitas program yang mencakup pencapaian tujuan, adaptasi, dan integrasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, dan Uji Hipotesis One Sample T-test. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan mencapai nilai efektif dengan memperoleh persentase efektivitas sebesar 67,13%. dengan hasil Indikator Adaptasi dengan persentase sebesar 64,33%, Indikator Integrasi dengan presentase 67,96%, indikator Pencapaian Tujuan dengan presentase 68,54%. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu peningkatan aksesibilitas dan edukasi pengguna, peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat tentang layanan digital, penyempurnaan. pengecekan secara berkala, dan evaluasi system aplikasi SINAR. | |||||||||
