Abstract
This study aims to investigate the relationship between professional learning communities and academic supervision with the pedagogical competence of senior high school teachers in Cilegon City, both partially and simultaneously. Pedagogical competence is a crucial ability for teachers in managing effective and meaningful learning. Meanwhile, learning communities and academic supervision are believed to be professional development strategies that can enhance instructional quality. This study employed a quantitative approach using a correlational method. The sample consisted of 72 senior high school teachers selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques included normality, linearity, and correlation tests, conducted with the assistance of SPSS. The results show a strong and significant relationship between learning communities (X1) and pedagogical competence (Y), with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.755 and a significance level of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Similarly, a strong and significant relationship was found between academic supervision (X2) and pedagogical competence (Y), with a correlation coefficient of 0.720 and a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneously, multiple regression analysis revealed that learning communities and academic supervision jointly have a significant relationship with teachers‟ pedagogical competence, with a multiple correlation coefficient (R) of 0.799 and an R² value of 0.639, indicating that 63.9% of the variance in pedagogical competence is explained by both variables. The F-test result was F = 60.995 with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), confirming the model‟s statistical significance. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a correlation between learning communities and academic supervision with the pedagogical competence of high school teachers in Cilegon City.

Kompetensi pedagogik merupakan kemampuan penting bagi guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran yang efektif dan bermakna, sementara komunitas belajar dan supervisi akademik diyakini sebagai strategi pengembangan profesional yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel berjumlah 72 guru SMA yang dipilih secara purposive. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji normalitas, linearitas, dan korelasi menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara komunitas belajar (X1) dan kompetensi pedagogik (Y) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi Pearson sebesar 0,755 dan signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05). Demikian juga, terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara supervisi akademik (X2) dan kompetensi pedagogik (Y) dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,720 dan signifikansi 0,000. Secara simultan, uji regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa komunitas belajar dan supervisi akademik secara bersama-sama berhubungan signifikan dengan kompetensi pedagogik guru, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi berganda (R) sebesar 0,799, dan nilai R² sebesar 0,639, yang berarti 63,9% variasi kompetensi pedagogik dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Uji F menghasilkan nilai F hitung sebesar 60,995 dengan signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05), menunjukkan bahwa model hubungan tersebut signifikan secara statistik.
