Abstract
The study aims to describe the effect of pedagogic competence, work environment on teacher work behaviour with loyalty as mediation in public junior high schools in Serang Regency Region I. The research used an explanatory method with a quantitative approach. The research instrument used a closed questionnaire on 146 respondents using cluster random sampling technique. The study used path analysis techniques to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable using lisrel. The results showed that: there is a significant positive direct effect of pedagogic competence on work behaviour with a path coefficient of 0.758, ρ value 0.00 and t value 12.008. The work environment on work behaviour has no significant direct effect with a coefficient of 0.054, ρ value 0.315 and t value 1.012. Loyalty to teacher work behaviour has a significant positive direct effect with a path coefficient of 0.174, ρ value 0.023 and t value 2.286. Pedagogical competence on work behaviour through loyalty has an indirect effect with a mediating effect on the sobel t value of 2.233. The work environment on work behaviour through loyalty has an indirect influence with a mediating effect on the sobel test value of 2.220. Simultaneously, pedagogic competence, work environment, and loyalty have a positive direct impact on work behaviour by 89.2%, while the remaining 10.8% is the contribution of other variables not included in the study.

Penelitian menggunakan metode eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket tertutup pada 146 responden menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (Path analysis) untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen dengan menggunakan lisrel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh langsung positif signifikan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap perilaku kerja dengan koefisien jalur 0,758, ρ value 0,00 dan t value 12,008. Lingkungan kerja terhadap perilaku kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung signifikan dengan koefisien 0,054, ρ value 0,315 dan t value 1,012. Loyalitas terhadap perilaku kerja guru memiliki pengaruh langsung positif signifikan dengan koefisien jalur 0,174, ρ value 0,023 dan t value 2.286. Kompetensi pedagogik terhadap perilaku kerja melalui loyalitas memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung dengan efek mediasi pada nilai t sobel 2.233. Lingkungan kerja terhadap perilaku kerja melalui loyalitas memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung dengan efek mediasi pada nilai sobel test 2.220. Secara simultan kompetensi pedagogik, lingkungan kerja, dan loyalitas memiliki dampak langsung positif terhadap perilaku kerja sebesar 89,2% sisanya 10,8% merupakan kontribusi dari variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian. | |||||||||
