Abstract
The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency that is currently happening is increasingly disturbing the community, both in the city and in the regions. This is also felt by the community in Sindangmandi Village, Baros District, Serang Regency, who have felt the unrest, this problem has become a problem that must be overcome. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that cause juvenile delinquency and how to overcome the problem of juvenile delinquency in Sindangmandi Village, Baros District, Serang Regency. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The informants in this study were 3 families of teenagers, 4 teenagers who behaved badly and 4 teenagers who committed delinquency, 3 adults representing the community in Sindangmandi Village. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the factors causing the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency include social changes that occur in society, weak control from parents, lots of free time, socializing with friends of the same age, no talent channeling facilities, weak coordination between the community and the police. Efforts to overcome the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency include, the role of people in delinquency, involving teenagers in community activities, the role of youth organizations as a forum for youth is needed. As well as providing talent channeling facilities for teenagers to have positive activities and strengthening supervision of activities carried out by teenagers in Sindangmandi Village, Baros District, Serang Regency.

| Additional Information: | Fenomena kenakalan remaja yang terjadi saat ini semakin sangat meresahkan masyarakat, baik di kota ataupun di daerah-daerah. Hal tersebut juga sama di rasakan oleh masyarakat di Desa Sindangmandi Kecamatan Baros Kabupaten serang telah merasakan keresahan itu masalah tersebut menjadi masalah yang harus ditanggulanggi. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetaui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kenakalan remaja dan bagaimana cara menanggulanggi masalah terjadinya kenakalan remaja remaja di Desa Sindangmandi Kecamatan Baros Kabupaten Serang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini 3 orang keluarga dari remaja 4 remaja yang berperilaku nakal dan 4 remaja pelaku kenakalan, 3 orang dewasa perwakilan masyarakat yang ada di Desa Sindangmandi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan faktor penyebab terjadinya fenomena kenakalan remaja diantaranya perubahan sosial yang terjadi di masyarakat, lemahnya kontrol dari orang tua, banyaknya waktu luang, pergaulan dengan teman seusianya, tidak adanya fasilitan penyalur bakat, lemahnya kordinasi masyarakat dengan pihak kepolisian. Upayah penanggulanganan terhadap fenomena kenakalan remaja antara lain, dibutuhkan peranan orang kepada tindakan kenakalan, mengikutsertakan remaja dalam kegian kemasyarakatan, dibutuhkan peran karangtaruna sebagai wadah bagi pemuda. Serta penyediaan sarana penyalur bakat untuk para remaja agar memiliki kegiatan fositif dan memperkuat pengawasan terhadap kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh para remaja di Desa Sindangmandi Kecamatan Baros Kabupaten Serang. | |||||||||
