Abstract
This study aims to examine the Influence of Management Accounting Information System Characteristics on Managerial Performance with Business Strategy as a Moderation Variable. This research is a type of quantitative research, data collected using primary data and questionnaires to obtain information from respondents, namely managers who work in hospitals in Banten Province. The analysis method used is SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). The results of this study are 1) Characteristics of Management Accounting Information Systems have a positive and significant effect on Managerial Performance 2) Business Strategy has a positive and significant effect on Managerial Performance 3) Interaction between the Characteristics of Accounting Information Systems and Business Strategy has negative and insignificant effect on Managerial Performance

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Karakteristik Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Manajemen terhadap Kinerja Manajerial dengan Strategi Bisnis sebagai Variabel Moderasi. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan menggunakan data primer dan kuesioner untuk memperoleh informasi dari responden yaitu Manajer yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit di Provinsi Banten.
