Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the ability of technology adaptation and work motivation to employee work effectiveness through work flexibility. This study was conducted at the Riyadhul Falah As Shoheh Foundation. This study uses a quantitative method with a saturated population and sample or total sampling where all populations are sampled, namely all employees as many as 114 respondents and data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of a combination of open answers on an interval scale of 1-10 then processed and arranged into a data frequency tabulation which is then analyzed data with Partial Least Square (PLS) software. the results of the study based on the validity and reliability tests show that the data is valid and reliable. Based on direct and indirect hypothesis tests, it shows that: 1). Technology Adaptation has a positive and significant effect on work flexibility for employees of the Rayadhul Falah As-Shoheh Foundation. 2). Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Work Flexibility for Employees of the Riyadhul Falah As-Shoheh Foundation, 3). Technology Adaptation has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness at the Riyadhul Falah As-Shoheh Foundation, 4). Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness at Riyadhul Falah As-Shoheh Foundation, 5). Work flexibility has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness at Riyadhul Falah As-Shoheh Foundation, 6) Technology adaptation through work flexibility has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness at Riyadhul Falah As-Shoheh Foundation, 7). Work motivation through work flexibility has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness at Rayadhul Falah As-Shoheh Foundation.

Additional Information: Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis kemampuan adaptasi teknologi dan motivasi kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan melalui fleksibilitas kerja. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Yayasan Riyadhul Falah As Shoheh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi dan sampel jenuh atau sampling total dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu seluruh karyawan sebanyak 114 responden dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk jawaban kombinasi jawaban terbuka skala interval 1-10 kemudian diolah serta disusun kedalam tabulasi frekuensi data yang selanjutnya dianalisis data dengan perangkat lunak Partial Least Square (PLS). hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji validitas dan reabilitas menunjukkan data sudah valid dan reliable. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis langsung dan tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa : 1). Adaptasi Teknologi berpengaruh positi dan signifikan terhadap fleksibilitas kerja pada karyawan Yayasan Rayadhul Falah As-Shoheh. 2). Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Fleksibilitas Kerja pada Karyawan Yayasan Riyadhul Falah As-Shoheh, 3). Adaptasi Teknologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas kerja karyawan pada Yayasan Riyadhul Falah As-Shoheh, 4). Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivas Kerja karyawan pada Yayasan Riyadhul Falah As-Shoheh, 5). Fleksibilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada Yayasan Riyadhul Falah As-Shoheh, 6) Adaptasi teknologi melalui fleksibilitas kerja berpengaruh positif fan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan pada Yayasan Riyadhul Falah As-Shoheh, 7). Motivasi kerja melalui fleksibilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektifitas kerja karyawan pada Yayasan Rayadhul Falah As-Shoheh.
