Abstract
The employability of university graduates has become a key concern as industry demands increase, where graduates are expected not only to possess academic knowledge but also practical skills and the ability to adapt. Internship programs, self-development, and certification are crucial factors in enhancing graduates' competitiveness in the job market.This study aims to analyze the influence of internships, GPA, self-development, and certification on the employability of Agribusiness graduates from Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. The research method involves observation and questionnaires with probability sampling and random sampling techniques, involving 75 respondents. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21.0.The regression results show that the internship variable has a coefficient of 0.090 with t-count 0.870 < t-table 1.994 and a significance of 0.387 > 0.05. The GPA variable has a coefficient of 2.264 with t-count 0.715 < t-table 1.994 and a significance of 0.477 > 0.05. The self-development variable has a coefficient of -0.394 with t-count 5.459 > t-table 1.994 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The certification variable has a coefficient of 1.912 with t-count 3.377 > t-table 1.994 and a significance of 0.001 < 0.05.The R² analysis result of 0.745 indicates that all four variables simultaneously affect employability. However, only self-development and certification significantly influence employability on a partial basis

Program magang, pengembangan diri, dan sertifikasi menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing lulusan di pasar kerja.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh program magang, IPK, pengembangan diri, dan sertifikasi terhadap kesiapan kerja lulusan Agribisnis Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan observasi dan kuesioner dengan teknik probability sampling dan random sampling, yang melibatkan 75 responden. Analisis data mencakup uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, serta analisis regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS 21.0. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel magang memiliki koefisien sebesar 0,090 dengan nilai t-hitung 0,870 < t-tabel 1,994 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,387 > 0,05. Variabel IPK memiliki koefisien sebesar 2,264 dengan nilai t-hitung 0,715 < t-tabel 1,994 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,477 > 0,05. Variabel pengembangan diri memiliki koefisien sebesar -0,394 dengan nilai t-hitung 5,459 > t-tabel 1,994 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.
