Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Management Control Systems and Knowledge Management on Organizational Performance with Innovation as a Mediator. The population of this study is a Regional Apparatus Organization of Banten Province. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 15 organizations. This research is quantitative research using primary data through questionnaires and given to department heads, secretaries, section heads, sub division heads and to civil servants who have functional positions. This research uses smartPLS 3 software with inner and outer model tests. The research results show that the management control system has a positive effect on innovation and organizational performance, Knowledge Management also has a significant positive effect on innovation and organizational performance. According to this research, innovation is also able to mediate the relationship between management control systems and knowledge management on organizational performance.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen dan Knowledge Management terhadap Kinerja Organisasi dengan Inovasi sebagai Pemediasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Provinsi Banten. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh 15 organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner dan diberikan kepada kepala dinas, sekretaris, kepala bagian, kepala subbagian dan kepada pegawai negeri sipil yang memiliki jabatan fungsional. Penelitian ini menggunakan software smartPLS 3 dengan uji inner dan outer model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengendalian manajemen pengaruh positif terhadap inovasi dan kinerja organisasi, Knowledge management juga memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap inovasi dan kinerja organisasi. Menurut penelitian ini, inovasi juga mampu memediasi hubungan antara sistem pengendalian manajemen dan knowledge management terhadap kinerja organisasi.
