Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of cocomelon audio visual media on the development of expressive language in children aged 2-3 years in the playgroup class of Asy-Syuhada Kindergarten Cilegon-Banten. This study was conducted to obtain empirical data on the development of expressive language through cocomelon audio visual media. This study uses a quantitative method with an Ex-post Facto research design. The population used purposive sampling, namely in accordance with the research criteria, which amounted to 20 children aged 2-3 years in Asy-Syuhada Kindergarten Cilegon-Banten. Cocomelon Audio Visual Media has an influence of 68.3% on the development of expressive language. Hypothesis testing using the t test with a calculated t result of -6227, which exceeds the t table value of 1,729. This shows that there is a significant negative influence of cocomelon audio visual media on the development of children's expressive language. This media has a significant influence on the development of expressive language in children aged 2-3 years. However, the negative sign on the t-test indicates that the relationship between the use of Cocomelon media and the development of expressive language is negative. This means that the more or more often children access Cocomelon audio-visual media, the more inhibited their expressive language development is. Thus, this study concludes that Cocomelon audio-visual media has a negative and significant influence on the development of expressive language in children aged 2-3 years at Asy-Syuhada Kindergarten Cilegon- Banten.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh data empiris tentang perkembangan bahasa ekspresif melalui media audio visual cocomelon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Ex-post Facto. Populasi menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian yaitu berjumlah 20 anak usia 2-3 tahun di TK Asy-Syuhada Cilegon-Banten. Media Audio Visual Cocomelon memberikan pengaruh sebesar 68,3% terhadap perkembangan bahasa ekspresif. Uji Hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dengan hasil t hitung -6227, yang melebihi nilai t tabel sebesar 1.729 Ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negative yang signifikan dari media audio visual cocomelon terhadap perkembangan bahasa ekspresif anak. Media ini berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perkembangan bahasa ekspresif anak usia 2-3 tahun. Namun, tanda negatif pada t-hitung menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara penggunaan media Cocomelon dengan perkembangan bahasa ekspresif adalah negatif. Artinya, semakin banyak atau sering anak mengakses media audio visual Cocomelon, semakin terhambat perkembangan bahasa ekspresif mereka. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media audio visuyal cocomelon memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap perkembangan bahasa ekspresif pada anak usia 2-3 tahun di TK Asy-Syuhada Cilegon-Banten. | |||||||||
