Abstract
The program evaluation process is carried out systematically using research methods to study, assess, and assist training programs in all important aspects related to training. The Methodology Training Program in Basic Training for Functional Instructor Positions is a training program on technical skills that must be possessed by an instructor. The Serang Vocational and Productivity Training Center (BBPVP) is one of the Central Technical Implementation Units (UPTP) of the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia which organizes the JF Instructor Latsar methodology training. The purpose of this program evaluation is to evaluate the components of the training program. This evaluation study aims to show the response of training participants and OJT instructors/mentors to the implementation of Methodology Training in the JF Instructor Latsar Program at BBPVP Serang for future improvements. The evaluation model used is the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data will be analyzed descriptively using quantitative and qualitative methods (mix method). Quantitative data comes from questionnaire instruments (closed questions) and observation sheets, while qualitative data comes from document instruments, questionnaires (open questions), and documentation/photos. The results of the study in the context category stated that the three qualification methodology training documents can be applied in the implementation of training, while the OJT guideline document needs improvement in terms of schedule information and the division of tasks for instructors and organizers. In the input category, almost all participants in the JF Instructor Latsar methodology training were satisfied with the quality of program resources. In the process category, all training participants passed and almost all respondents were satisfied with the process of implementing online and offline training. In the product category, almost all respondents were satisfied with the quality of the product. With the results of the study above, it can be concluded that the JF Instructor Latsar Methodology Training Program can be continued. It would be better with improvements and quality enhancements.

Program Pelatihan Metodologi pada Pelatihan Dasar Jabatan Fungsional Instruktur adalah program pelatihan tentang kemampuan teknis yang wajib dimiliki oleh seorang instruktur. Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BBPVP) Serang merupakan salah satu Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pusat (UPTP) Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan R.I penyelenggara pelatihan metodologi Latsar JF Instruktur. Tujuan evaluasi program ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi komponen program pelatihan. Penelitian evaluasi ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan respon peserta pelatihan dan instruktur/ pembimbing OJT terhadap pelaksanaan Pelatihan Metodologi pada Program Latsar JF Instruktur di BBPVP Serang untuk perbaikan kedepan. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Data akan dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mix method). Data kuantitatif berasal dari instrumen kuesioner (pertanyaan tertutup) dan lembar observasi, sedangkan data kualitatif berasal dari instrumen dokumen, kuesioner (pertanyaan terbuka), dan dokumentasi/ foto. Hasil penelitian pada kategori konteks menyatakan bahwa dokumen pelatihan metodologi kualifikasi tiga dapat diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan, sedangkan dokumen panduan OJT perlu perbaikan dalam hal informasi jadwal dan pembagian tugas instruktur dan penyelenggara. Pada kategori masukan, hampir seluruh peserta Pelatihan metodologi Latsar JF Instruktur puas terhadap kualitas sumber daya program. Pada kategori proses, seluruh peserta pelatihan lulus dan hampir seluruh responden puas terhadap proses pelaksanaan pelatihan online dan offline. Pada kategori produk, hampir seluruh responden puas terhadap kualitas produk. Dengan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Program Pelatihan Metodologi Latsar JF Instruktur dapat terus dilanjutkan. Akan lebih baik dengan perbaikan dan peningkatan kualitas. | |||||||||
