Abstract
Implementation of Specific Nutrition Intervention Policy to reduce stunting in Tambak Village, Cimarga District, Lebak Regency. Has not been running optimally. First, the lack of socialization from the government to the community about preventing stunting in Tambak Village, Cimarga District. Second, the lack of Human Resources (HR) in the implementation of the Specific Nutrition Intervention Program to Reduce Stunting at the Lebak Regency Health Office. Third, the high rate of stunting in Cimarga District compared to other districts in Lebak Regency. This type of research uses a qualitative research method. This research aims to reveal problems or events as they are, so as to reveal facts obtained from the field and provide an objective picture of what actually happened to the object to be studied. The results of this study indicate that socialization activities have been carried out by the Cimarga District Health Center through offline and online on social media. The Lebak Regency Health Office still lacks Human Resources (HR) in the implementation of the Specific Nutrition Intervention Program. The relevant government is trying to reduce the stunting rate in Tambak Village, especially so that zero stunting can be achieved. The implementation of SOP and fragmentation still need to be improved in the context of implementing the Specific Nutrition Intervention Program in Tambak Village. The conclusion of this study is that there needs to be an increase in effective and clear communication and socialization as well as consistency regarding the importance of knowledge of mothers, babies and toddlers about the dangers of Stunting.

Pertama kurangnya sosialisasi dari pemerintah kepada masyarakat tentang pencegahan stunting di Desa Tambak kecamatan Cimarga. Kedua kurangnya Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam implementasi program Intervensi Gizi Spesifik Penurunan Stunting di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lebak. Ketiga, tingginya angka stunting di Kecamatan Cimarga dibandingkan dengan kecamatan lain yang ada di Kabupaten Lebak. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini bersha mengungkapkan permasalahan atau kejadian sebagaimana adanya, sehingga mengungkap fakta yang diperoleh dari lapangan dan memberikan gambaran yang objektif tentang apa yang sebenarnya terjadi pada objek yang akan diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sosialisasi telah dilakukan oleh Puskesmas Kecamatan Cimarga melalui offline, dan online di media sosial. Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Lebak masih kekurangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam implementasi Program Intervensi Gizi Spesifik. Pemerintah terkait berupaya untuk menurunkan angka stunting di Desa Tambak khususnya agar zero stunting dapat tercapai. Penerapan SOP dan fragmentasi masih perlu ditingkatkan dalam konteks pelaksanaan Program Intervensi Gizi Spesifik di Desa Tambak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini perlu adanya peningkatan komunikasi dan sosialisasi yang efektif dan jelas serta konsistensi mengenai pentingnya pengetahuan ibu bayi dan balita tentang bahayanya Stunting. | ||||||
