Abstract
Distribution of goods is one of the big challenges for the company. The purpose of preparing this Final Project is to find out the distribution of goods at PT Kampak Peralatan Aliran. The writing method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The type of data collected is primary data obtained from the assistant logistics manager. While secondary data is obtained directly from books, scientific journals, companies and online from the internet. Data collection in this final project uses interviews, observation and secondary data documentation. The results of the final project show that the goods distribution activities at PT Kampak Peralatan Aliran have fulfilled the 3C Cost, Control, Covarage the market requirements through the stages of producers-distributors-and consumers. therefore the company experienced timeliness for 3 months from February 2024 to March 2024.

| Additional Information: | Distribusi barang merupakan salah satu tantangan besar bagi perusahaan. Tujuan penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui distribusi barang di PT Kampak Peralatan Aliran. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer yang didapat dari asisten manajer logistik. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh secara langsung dari buku, jurnal ilmiah, Perusahaan maupun secara online dari internet. Pengumpulan data dalam tugas akhir ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi data sekunder. Hasil tugas akhir memperlihatkan bahwa aktivitas distribusi barang di PT Kampak Peralatan Aliran sudah memenuhi persyaratan 3C Cost, Control, Covarage the market melalui tahapan tahapan yaitu produsendistributor-and konsumen. maka dari itu perusahaan mengalami ketepatan waktu selama 3 bulan dari Februari 2024 sampai Maret 2024. | |||||||||
