Abstract
BUMDES (Village-Owned Enterprises) in Pasir Awi Village operates in the fields of savings and loans, planting and fish breeding with several problems including lack of competent human resources, lack of communication and cooperation between BUMDES administrators and the village government and non-operation of business activity units. The aim of this research is to find out how effective implementation is in maximizing the management of Karya Bersama Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Pasir Awi. Several theories are used, namely based on law number 6 of 2014 concerning BUMDES and indicators of effectiveness according to Edy Sutrisno (2007:125-126), namely understanding the program, right on target, on time, achieving goals and real change. This research method uses a qualitative type with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques using triangulation and inductive analysis of the meaning of generalizations. The research location is Pasir Awi Village, Banjar District, Pandeglang Regency. Based on the results obtained through several interviews and looking at the results in the field, the implementation of BUMDES in Pasir Awi Village is not effective because it has not been able to empower the entire Pasir Awi village community because it is still hampered by existing funds and facilities. Apart from that, BUMDES also does not have a specific target for when it can empower the entire village community. So, this program is just running as. The effectiveness of BUMDES (Village-Owned Enterprise) Management in Pasir Awi Village is generally not running well, seen from the fact that there are only 3 Business Unit programs and one Main Program Unit, namely the Savings and Loans Business Unit

| Additional Information: | BUMDES (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) di Desa Pasir Awi bergerak di bidang simpan pinjam, cocok tanam dan penangkaran ikan dengan beberapa permasalahan diantaranya kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, kurangnya komunikasi dan kerjasama yang dilakukan pengurus BUMDES dan pemerintah desa dan tidak berjalannya unit kegiatan usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas pelaksanaan dalam memaksimalkan pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) Karya Bersama di Pasir Awi. Beberapa teori digunakan yaitu berdasarkan undang-undang nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentan BUMDES dan indikator efektivitas menurut Edy Sutrisno (2007:125-126) yaitu pemahaman program, tepat sasaran, tepat waktu, tercapainya tujuan dan perubahan nyata. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif serta teknik pengumpulan data secara triangulasi dan di analisis secara induktif makna generalisasi. Tempat penelitian yaitu di Desa Pasir Awi Kecamatan Banjar Kabupaten Pandeglang. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat melalui beberapa wawancara dan melihat hasil dilapangan, pelaksanaan BUMDES di Desa Pasir Awi tidak efektif karena belum mampu memberdayakan seluruh masyarakat desa Pasir Awi karena masih terhambat akan dana dan fasilitas yang ada. Disamping itu, BUMDES juga tidak memiliki targetan khusus kapan ia bisa memberdayakan seluruh masyarakat desanya sehingga program ini hanya berjalan apa adanya. Efektivitas Pengelolaan BUMDES (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) di Desa Pasir Awi secara umum tidak berjalan dengan baik, dilihat dari hanya ada 3 program Unit Usaha dan satu Unit Program Utama yaitu Unit Usaha Simpan Pinjam. | |||||||||
