Abstract
The One Million Houses Program initiated by the Indonesian government is a major effort to increase public access to home ownership. However, the success of this program is influenced by various complex factors. Therefore, forecasting program indicators, both housing and macroeconomic indicators, is important to be carried out and identified in order to provide accurate and targeted information for the program. The experience of the One Million Houses program in Indonesia on macroeconomic indicators uses the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) approach, where macroeconomic indicators are able to provide a large and accurate response to the One Million Houses program and there are stable shock changes in the short term to the long term, but in the response given, on average, there is an announcement for each period with a shock of above 10% in the GDP and Dependency variables, while the response to the investment shock, Index, Government Spending, Inflation and Interest Rates is still below 10%. So that the One Million Houses program for 7 years has been running slowly and cannot be said to be right on target.

Additional Information: | Program Sejuta Rumah yang dicanangkan pemerintah Indonesia merupakan upaya besar untuk meningkatkan akses masyarakat terhadap kepemilikan rumah. Namun, keberhasilan program ini dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor kompleks. Oleh karena itu, peramalan indikator program sejuta rumah maupun indikator makroekonomi menjadi penting untuk dilakukan dan di identifikasi agar dapat memberikan sebuah informasi yang akurat dan tepat sasaran program tersebut. Peralaman program sejuta rumah di indonesia atas indikator makroekonomi menggunakan pendekatan Vector Error Correction Model (VECM), dimana indikator makroekonomi mampu memberikan respon yang besar dan akurat pada program sejuta rumah serta terdapat keseimbangan perubahan guncangan yang stabil dalam jangka pendek ke jangka panjang, namun dalam merespon yang diberikan rata-rata tampak fluktuasi setiap priode dengan guncangan/shock sebesar diatas 10% pada variabel PDB dan Ketergantungan, sedangkan respon shock investasi, Indeksper, Pengeluaran Pemerintah, Inflasi dan Suku Bunga masih berada di bawah 10%. Sehingga program sejuta rumah selama waktu 7 tahun diketahui berjalan dengan lambat dan belum dapat dikatakan tepat sasaran. | |||||||||
