Abstract

This research aims to analyze the process of implementing the distance learning learning model in the regular online community program (KOMOREG) as an alternative learning at the Kak Seto learning center, South Tangerang City. Explaining the activeness of students in participating in learning activities using distance learning methods in the regular online community program (KOMOREG) at the Kak Seto Learning center, South Tangerang City. Understanding the supporting and inhibiting factors of the regular online community program (KOMOREG) in implementing the distance learning learning model at the Kak Seto learning center, South Tangerang City. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The data source in this research consisted of 6 informants consisting of the head, tutors and parents of Kak Seto Learning center students. The research results show that (1) The process of implementing the distance learning learning model in the Regular Online Community (KOMOREG) program as a learning alternative is going well starting from planning learning content, implementing content and evaluating learning content. (2) Students' activeness in participating in learning activities using the distance learning model can be increased by involving students using the discussion method so that there is active interaction in class. (3) Supporting factors for implementing the distance learning learning model include parental involvement, varied learning methods, setting the duration of learning, and a positive class atmosphere. However, on the other hand, factors inhibiting the implementation of the distance learning model include limited access to technology, lack of social interaction, variations in student motivation, and challenges in classroom management.

Menjelaskan keaktifan peserta didik dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan metode pembelajaran distance learning pada program komunitas online reguler (KOMOREG) di Kak Seto Learning center Kota Tangerang Selatan. Memahami faktor pendukung dan penghambar program komunitas online reguler (KOMOREG) dalam melaksanakan model pembelajaran distance learning di Kak Seto learning center Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 6 informan yang teridiri dari kepala, tutor dan orang tua peserta didik Kak Seto Learning center. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Proses pelaksanaan model pembelajaran distance learning pada program Komunitas Online Reguler (KOMOREG) sebagai alternatif pembelajaran berjalan dengan baik mulai dari perencanaan konten pembelajaran, implementasi konten dan evaluais konten pembelajaran. (2) Keaktifan peserta didik dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan model distance learning dapat ditingkatkan dengan melibatkan peserta didik dengan menggunakan metode diskusi sehingga terjalin interaksi yang aktif di kelas. (3) Faktor pendukung pelakasanaan model pembelajaran distance learning meliputi keterlibatan orang tua, metode pembelajaran yang variatif, pengaturan durasi pembelajaran, dan suasana kelas yang positif. Namun disisi lain, faktor penghambat pelaksanaan model pembelajaran distance learning meliputi keterbatasan akses teknologi, kurangnya interaksi sosial, variasi motivasi peserta didik, dan tantangan dalam pengelolaan kelas.
