Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of educational marketing strategies in attracting new students at PKBM Windsor, Central Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study include PKBM Windsor managers, tutors, parents, and students. The research instruments utilized were observation, interview, and documentation guidelines. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that (1) the educational marketing strategies employed to attract new students indicate that the institution is on the right track in executing its marketing strategies; (2) the responses and interests of new students and parents toward the marketing strategies implemented by PKBM Windsor highlight that the success of these strategies heavily relies on how the institution approaches and communicates information to prospective students and their parents; (3) the challenges faced in implementing educational marketing strategies, where PKBM Windsor has shown adaptability to changes in educational policies imposed by the government. The results of the educational marketing strategies in attracting new students at PKBM Windsor, Central Jakarta, can be deemed appropriate, as the institution has followed the necessary steps in the marketing process. These activities have been conducted effectively and should be maintained, considering that the marketing outcomes have contributed to PKBM Windsor establishing various branches in different regions.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan implementasi strategi pemasaran Pendidikan dalam menarik minar peserta didik baru di PKBM Windsor Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi Pengelola PKBM Windsor, tutor, wali murid serta peserta didik. Instrument penelitian ini dibantu dengan pedoman observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Strategi pemasaran pendidikan dalam menarik minat peserta didik baru, dimana lembaga pendidikan sudah berada pada jalur yang tepat dalam menjalankan strategi pemasaran (2) respon dan minat peserta didik baru serta wali murid terhadap strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PKBM Windsor, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan strategi pemasaran sangat dipengaruhi oleh cara lembaga mendekati dan menyampaikan informasi kepada calon peserta didik dan orang tua (3) Tantangan yang dihadapi dalam stratgei pemassaran pendidikan, dimana PKBM Windsor cukup dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan kebijakan pendidikan yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah. Hasil strategi pemasaran pendidikan dalam menarik minat peserta didik baru di PKBM Windsor Jakarta Pusat ini bisa dikatakakan sudah sesuai denga napa yang seharusnya dilakukan, yakni dengan melakukan berbagai tahapan dalam proses pemasaran, kegiatan ini sudah sangat baik dan harus terus dipertahankan, mengingat hasil dari pemasaran ini juga yang bisa membuat PKBM Windsor memeiliki berbagai cabang di berbagai daerah.
