Abstract
The development of Serang City is very dynamic in accordance with the function of the activities it carries out. In addition to being a center for trade and service activities, it is also a center for social services (education, health, and other social activities) both on a local scale (city) and Serang Regency. Another function that provides its own characteristics is as a center for supporting services for industrial activities that are developing in the Serang Regency area. Unfortunately, there are still many infrastructure gaps along Jalan Serang - Jakarta. At several points, Serang to Jakarta often experiences a buildup of drivers in the area around red lights and the dense region. The purpose of this study was to determine the geometric aspects of the road, the harmonization and environmental aspects of the road sections reviewed, the condition of road equipment on the reviewed road sections, and to find out whether the reviewed location has met the criteria for a safe road using a method by means of direct observation and survey to the research location. The parameters used, on primary and secondary parameters, By evaluating signs, markings, and road equipment. The results of this study obtained geometric aspects for the planned speed in terms of the harmonization aspect of the road are not dangerous in terms of the completeness of road facilities, there are signs, markings, public street lighting, and School Safety Zones (ZoSS). On the Jl. KH Ahmad Fatah Hasan – Jl. Lingkar Selatan regarding the condition of road equipment has a condition that is partly good and partly bad. Based on observations of road equipment facilities reviewed, from the availability of road equipment facilities referring to the aspect of safe roads, it can be assumed that 81.81% of the roads reviewed have met the criteria for safe roads and road equipment facilities are quite completely.

| Additional Information: | Perkembangan Kota Serang sangat dinamis sesuai dengan fungsi kegiatan yang diembannya. Selain sebagai pusat aktivitas perdagangan dan jasa, juga sebagai pusat pelayanan sosial (pendidikan, kesehatan dan aktivitas sosial lainnya) baik skala lokal (kota) maupun Kabupaten Serang fungsi lain memberikan karakteristik tersendiri adalah sebagai pusat pelayanan pendukung bagi kegiatan industri yang berkembang di wilayah kabupaten serang. Sayangnya, masih banyak kesenjangan infrastruktur di sepanjang Jalan Serang - Jakarta. Dibeberapa titik ruas Jalan Serang – Jakarta sering mengalami penumpukan pengendara di area sekitar lampu merah dan daerah padat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Mengetahui aspek geometric jalan, aspek harmonisasi dan lingkungan pada ruas jalan ditinjau, kondisi perlengkapan jalan pada ruas jalan yang ditinjau, dan mengetahui lokasi yang di tinjau sudah memenuhi kriteria jalan yang berkeselamatanmenggunakan metode dengan cara pengamatan dan surveylangsung ke lokasi penelitian. Parameter yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Dengan cara mengavaluasi Rambu, Marka, Dan perlengkapan jalan. Hasil penelitian ini didapat aspek geometrik untuk kecepatan rencana dari segi aspek harmonisasi jalan tidak berbahaya ditinjau dari kelengkapan fasilitas jalan terdapat rambu, marka, penerangan jalan umum dan Zona Selamat Sekolah (ZoSS). Pada ruas Jl. KH Ahmad Fatah Hasan – Jl. Lingkar Selatan tentang kondisi perlengkapan jalan memiliki kondisi sebagian baik dan sebgaian buruk.Berdasarkan observasi fasilitas perlengkapan jalan ditinjau dari ketersediaan fasilitas perlengkapan jalan mengacu pada aspek jalan berkeselamatan dapat diasumsikan bahwa 81,81% jalan yang ditinjau sudah memenuhi kriteria jalan berkeselamatan dan fasilitas perlengkapan jalan sudah cukup lengkap. | |||||||||||||||
