Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine how the stimulus process, the registration process and the interpretation process of the perceptions of Bojongleles Village youth to work in the agricultural sector. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. Determination of sources using random sampling technique. The data validity test in this study used the triangulation method. The results show that the stimulus process is related to environmental factors, both the family environment and the local environment, which includes neighbors and other farmers. In addition, important moments in farming can also be a stimulus in changing respondents' perceptions of the agricultural sector. The role of information obtained by respondents is also related to the perception of youth to work in the agricultural sector. The relevance of agriculture to the economy is also one of the factors that serve as a stimulus in changing these perceptions. The registration process is related to the initial knowledge of the respondent. Furthermore, challenges and opportunities in the agricultural sector are also included in the registration process. The environment and information management related to agriculture are also important points in the registration process. Meanwhile, the interpretation process relates to the respondent's positive view of the agricultural sector, interest or interest in working in the agricultural sector based on his experience. Furthermore, the interpretation of the agricultural sector and the motivation for a career in the agricultural sector are part of the interpretation.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses stimulus atauRangsangan, proses registrasi dan proses interpretasi persepsi pemuda DesaBojongleles untuk bekerja di sektor pertanian. Tempat penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (purposive) yaitu di DesaBojongleles, Kecamatan Cibadak, Kabupaten Lebak, Provinsi Banten denganpertimbangan bahwa di Desa Bojongleles mayoritas penduduknya berprofesi sebagai petani padi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Narasumber dalam penelitian ini adalah pemudadi Desa Bojongleles Kecamatan Cibadak Kabupaten Lebak dengan kriteria yaitupemuda Desa Bojongleles dengan rentang usia 16-30 tahun. Penentuannarasumber yang akan diteliti dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik randomsampling. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metodetriangulasi sumber, waktu, dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses stimulus atau rangsanganberkaitan dengan faktor lingkungan, baik lingkungan keluarga maupunlingkungan setempat yang meliputi tetangga dan petani lainnya. Selainitu, momen penting dalam bertani juga dapat menjadi stimulus dalammengubahpersepsi responden mengenai sektor pertanian. Peranan informasi yang didapatkanoleh responden juga memiliki keterkaitan dengan persepsi pemuda untuk bekerjadi sektor pertanian. Relevansi pertanian dengan ekonomi juga menjadi salahsatufaktor yang menjadi stimulus dalam mengubah persepsi tersebut. Proses registrasi berkaitan dengan pengetahuan awal dari responden tersebut. Selanjutnya, tantangan dan peluang dalam sektor pertanian juga termasuk dalamprosesregistrasi. Lingkungan serta pengelolaan informasi yang berkaitan denganpertanian juga menjadi poin penting dalam proses registrasi. Sedangkan prosesinterpretasi yang berkaitan dengan pandangan positif responden mengenai sektor pertanian, ketertariakan atau minat bekerja di sektor pertanian berdasarkanpengalamannya. Selanjutnya penafsiran mengenai sektor pertanian serta motivasi untuk berkarir di sektor pertanian menjadi bagian dari interpretasi. | |||||||||
