Abstract
Currently, adolescents represent a significant portion of the global population, with more than half of the world's population under the age of 25, and approximately 29% aged between 10–25 years. In Indonesia, the number of adolescents in 2023 was recorded at 64.16 million, equivalent to 23.18% of the total population (BPS 2023). With such a large number, adolescents in Indonesia face various complex issues that require special attention from the government. These issues span the areas of education, health, and social well-being, which can potentially affect their development. As part of the effort to address these challenges, the Bina Keluarga Remaja (BKR) program in Tanjung Burung Village becomes crucial to examine, given its role in providing guidance to both adolescents and their families. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the BKR program within the BKR Flamboyan group located in Tanjung Burung Village, Teluknaga Sub-district, Tangerang Regency. This village was selected due to its relatively large adolescent population, making it a relevant location to assess the program's effectiveness. In addition, limitations in infrastructure and information dissemination are significant reasons for a deeper investigation into how the program is implemented, especially considering the village's broad geographical context. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study seeks to explore the execution of the BKR program and the obstacles encountered in achieving its goals. The findings from this research are expected to provide valuable insights for the development of similar programs in other regions that face comparable challenges and characteristics.

| Additional Information: | Saat ini, kelompok populasi remaja merupakan kelompok yang sangat besar, dengan lebih dari separuh populasi dunia berusia di bawah 25 tahun dan sekitar 29% berusia antara 10-25 tahun. Di Indonesia, jumlah remaja pada tahun 2023 tercatat mencapai 64,16 juta jiwa, yang setara dengan 23,18% dari total jumlah penduduk (BPS 2023). Dengan jumlah yang besar ini, remaja di Indonesia menghadapi berbagai permasalahan yang kompleks, yang memerlukan perhatian khusus dari pemerintah. Permasalahan ini mencakup aspek pendidikan, kesehatan, dan sosial yang berpotensi mempengaruhi perkembangan mereka. Sebagai bagian dari upaya mengatasi masalah tersebut, program Bina Keluarga Remaja (BKR) di Desa Tanjung Burung menjadi penting untuk dikaji, mengingat peranannya dalam memberikan pembinaan kepada remaja dan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi program BKR pada kelompok BKR Flamboyan yang berada di Desa Tanjung Burung, Kecamatan Teluknaga, Kabupaten Tangerang. Desa ini dipilih karena memiliki jumlah remaja yang cukup besar, sehingga menjadi lokasi yang relevan untuk mengkaji pelaksanaan program tersebut. Selain itu, adanya kendala dalam sarana dan penyebaran informasi yang terbatas menjadi alasan penting untuk meneliti lebih dalam tentang implementasi program ini, terutama dalam konteks geografis yang terbilang luas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang pelaksanaan program BKR dan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam mencapai tujuan program. Temuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang berguna bagi pengembangan program serupa di daerah lain yang memiliki tantangan dan karakteristik serupa.. | ||||||
