Abstract
Sustainable development goals (SDGs) are developments that maintain the sustainability of people's social lives. One of the goals of the SDGs is zero hunger which aims to ensure that all people can have access to sufficient, safe and nutritious food to achieve public health and well-being. This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Growth, Average Monthly Food Expenditure, Minimum Wage, Open Unemployment Rate, Poverty Severity Index, and Inflation on the Prevalence of Food Consumption Inadequacy. The objects in this study include 34 provinces in Indonesia for the period 2017-2023. This research uses the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) system . The results of this study indicate that the Economic Growth variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the Prevalence of Insufficient Food Consumption, while the Average Monthly Food Expenditure variable has a negative and significant effect on the Prevalence of Insufficient Food Consumption, Minimum Wage, Open Unemployment Rate, Poverty Severity Index, and Inflation have a positive and significant effect on the Prevalence of Insufficient Food Consumption.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs) adalah pembangunan yang menjaga keberlanjutan kehidupan sosial masyarakat. Salah satu tujuan dari SDGs adalah tanpa kelaparan yang bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa semua orang dapat memiliki akses terhadap makanan yang cukup, aman dan bergizi untuk mencapai kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Rata-Rata Pengeluaran Sebulan Makanan, Upah Minimum, Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka, Indeks Keparahan Kemiskinan, dan Inflasi terhadap Prevalensi Ketidakcukupan Konsumsi Pangan. Objek dalam penelitian ini meliputi 34 provinsi di Indonesia periode 2017-2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan System Generalized Methode of Moments (GMM). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Prevalensi Ketidakcukupan Konsumsi Pangan, sedangkan variabel Rata-Rata Pengeluaran Perkapita Sebulan Makanan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Prevalensi Ketidakcukupan Konsumsi Pangan, Variabel Upah Minimum, Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka, Indeks Keparahan Kemiskinan, dan Inflasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prevalensi Ketidakcukupan Konsumsi Pangan. | |||||||||
