Abstract
This study aims to develop a guidance and counseling service media in the form of an educational card game titled Emmo card: Mastering Your Emotional Intelligence as a means to educate students about emotional intelligence. The research employs a quantitative method with a Research and Development (R&D) approach. The development process follows systematic stages, including needs analysis, product design and expert validation for the feasibility of both content and media. Based on the feasibility test conducted by a subject matter expert, the guidence and counseling media was found to be highly feasible and suitable for use, achieving a score of 34 across 9 evaluation indicators with a feasibility percentage of 94%. Meanwhile, the feasibility test conducted by a media expert also showed a very high level of feasibility, with a score based on 8 evaluation indicators resulting in a feasibility percentage of 91%. The findings indicate that the Emmo card media was successfully developed and is considered effective as a tool in guidance and counseling services to enhance students’ understanding and skills related to emotional intelligence. This media provides an engaging and interactive alternative for emotional education in the school environment.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media layanan bimbingan dan konseling berbentuk permainan edukatif Emmo card: Mastering Your Emotional Intelligence sebagai sarana untuk mengedukasi kecerdasan emosional peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D). Proses pengembangan dilakukan melalui tahapan-tahapan sistematis mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan produk hingga validasi ahli untuk kelayakan materi dan media. Berdasarkan hasil uji kelayakan yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi, media bimbingan dan konseling ini memiliki tingkat kelayakan yang sangat baik dan sangat layak digunakan, dengan skor evaluasi sebesar 34 dari 9 indikator dan persentase kelayakan sebesar 94%. Sementara itu, hasil uji kelayakan oleh ahli media juga menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan yang sangat baik, dengan persentase sebesar 91% berdasarkan penilaian dari 8 indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Emmo card berhasil dikembangkan dan dinilai layak digunakan sebagai alat bantu layanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam meningkatkan pemahaman serta keterampilan siswa terkait kecerdasan emosional. Media ini memberikan alternatif menarik dan interaktif dalam proses edukasi emosional siswa di lingkungan sekolah. | |||||||||
