Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop Multiplication Concept Board Media for Cognitive Abilities in Class IV Multiplication Material at SDN Kelapa Dua. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) research and development method. In this R&D method the researcher can produce a product or developing an existing product and updating or forming it. The results of the research show that the multiplication concept board learning media is declared very suitable for use by students during the mathematics learning process, especially in multiplication material. It can be declared very feasible because it has been validated by material experts and media experts, the results of assessments from material experts I and material experts II received a score of 85 with an overall average score of 85% in the "Very Eligible" criteria, and the assessment results from the validation of media experts I and media experts II. The final results of the validation of material experts I and material experts II received a score of 80 with the overall average score of 80% falls within the “Very Decent” criteria. The results of student responses using a questionnaire on the multiplication concept board media using the Guttman scale for 25 students obtained a percentage score of 93.6% including the "Very Good" category. The multiplication concept board learning media in mathematics learning in class IV multiplication material can solve the participants' problems. students in the concept of multiplication. Students are very enthusiastic during the learning process using the multiplication concept board media.

Additional Information: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangankan Media Papan Konsep Perkalian Terhadap Kemampuan Kognitif pada Materi Perkalian Kelas IV di SDN Kelapa Dua Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan Research and Development (R&D) yang mana metode R&D ini peneliti dapat menghasilkan suatu produk atau mengembangkan suatu produk yang telah ada dan di perbarui atau dibentuk. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Media pembelajaran papan konsep perkalian dinyatakan “Sangat Layak” untuk diterapkan oleh peserta didik pada saat proses pembelajaran matematika terutama pada materi perkalian dapat dinyatakan sangat layak karena telah di lakukan validasi terhadap ahli materi dan ahli media, hasil penilaian dari ahli materi I dan ahli materi II mendapatkan skor 85 dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan 85% berada dalam kriteria “Sangat Layak”, dan hasil penilaian dari validasi terhadap ahli media I dan ahli media II hasil akhir dari validasi terhadap ahli media I dan ahli media II mendapatkan skor 80 denga nilai rata-rata keseluruhan 80% berada dalam kriteria “Sangat Layak”. Hasil dari respon peserta didik menggunakan angket terhadap media papan konsep perkalian dengan menggunakan skala guttman kepada 25 peserta didik mendapatkan presentase nilai 93,6% temasuk katagori “Sangat Baik” Media pembelajaran papan konsep perkalian dalam pembelajaran matematika pada materi perkalian kelas IV dapat memecahkan permasalan peserta didik dalam konsep perkalian peserta didik sangat antusias saat proses pembelajaran mengguakan media papan konsep perkalian.
