Abstract
This study aims to determine: (1) Implementation of Youth Red Cross Extracurricular (PMR) at MTsN 1 Pandeglang. (2) Participation of MTsN 1 Pandeglang students in participating in Youth Red Cross Extracurricular (PMR). (3) Self-development of members of the Youth Red Cross (PMR) MTsN 1 Pandeglang as a benefit in participating in the Youth Red Cross Extracurricular (PMR) MTsN 1 Pandeglang. This research uses a qualitative approach with explorative methods. The data sources used were primary data from interviews with 2 supervising teachers, 1 coach, and 20 PMR members, as well as secondary data in the form of PMR modules, attendance lists, PMR activity reports, PMR activity proposals, and PMR activity documentation. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The implementation of Youth Red Cross Extracurricular (PMR) at MTsN 1 Pandeglang has been carried out systematically in accordance with management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating. (2) PMR members actively participate in every Youth Red Cross (PMR) Extracurricular activity of MTsN 1 Pandeglang both in participation in the form of thoughts, participation in the form of energy, participation in the form of energy and thoughts, participation in the form of expertise, participation in the form of goods, and participation in the form of money. (3) Self-development of PMR members through Youth Red Cross Extracurricular activities at MTsN 1 Pandeglang shows good results in shaping self-concept, self-confidence, and self-esteem.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pelaksanaan Ekstrakurikuler Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) di MTsN 1 Pandeglang. (2) Partisipasi siswa MTsN 1 Pandeglang dalam mengikuti Ekstrakurikuler Palang Merah Remaja (PMR). (3) Pengembangan diri anggota Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) MTsN 1 Pandeglang sebagai manfaat dalam mengikuti Ekstrakurikuler Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) MTsN 1 Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode eksploratif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dari wawancara 2 guru pembina, 1 pelatih, dan 20 anggota PMR, serta data sekunder berupa modul PMR, daftar hadir, laporan kegiatan PMR, proposal kegiatan PMR, dan dokumentasi kegiatan PMR. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanaan Ekstrakurikuler Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) di MTsN 1 Pandeglang telah dilakukan secara sistematis sesuai dengan fungsi manajemen yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. (2) Anggota PMR berpartisipasi aktif dalam setiap kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) MTsN 1 Pandeglang baik dalam partisipasi berupa pikiran, partisipasi berupa tenaga, partisipasi berupa tenaga dan pikiran, partisipasi berupa keahlian, partisipasi berupa barang, dan partisipasi berupa uang. (3) Pengembangan diri anggota PMR melalui kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) di MTsN 1 Pandeglang menunjukkan hasil yang baik dalam membentuk konsep diri, keyakinan diri, dan harga diri. | |||||||||
