Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of administering doses of cow dung fertilizer and concentrations of plant growth promoters from bamboo roots on the yield of purple eggplant (Solanum melongena L.). As we know, proper fertilization plays an important role in increasing eggplant production, but excessive use of inorganic fertilizer can reduce soil fertility and pollute the environment. Organic fertilizers (cow dung fertilizer) and biofertilizers (such as PGPR) offer a sustainable solution with less environmental impact. This research took place in the Banten Agricultural Instrument Standards Center area and was carried out from September 2024 to December 2024. This research used factorial RAK. Cow animal manure (S) is the first factor with 3 levels, namely S1 400g/polybag, S2 500g/polybag, S3 600g/polybag and the second factor is plant growth promoter /PGPR (P) from bamboo roots with 4 levels, namely P0 0ml/l, P1 20ml/l, P230 ml/l, P3 40 ml/l. From these two factors, 12 treatment combinations were obtained, and each treatment was carried out 3 times so that there were 36 experimental units. For quantitative variables, analysis was done using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and if the treatments were significantly different then a further test was carried out using DMRT 5%. The variables observed were plant height, number of leaves, number of fruit, fruit weight per plant, number of fruit per plant, fruit length, fruit diameter. The research results showed that the application of 400 g/polybag of cow dung fertilizer had the best effect on the parameters of plant height of 8.15 cm and number of leaves of 6.83 at the age of 2 MSPT. Plant growth promoter from bamboo roots with a concentration of 40 ml/l gave the best effect on the parameters of fruit number 5.00, fruit length 14.79 cm, and fruit weight 419.42 grams.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian dosis pupuk kotoran sapi dan konsentrasi pemacu pertumbuhan tanaman dari akar bambu terhadap hasil terong ungu (Solanum melongena L.). Dimana yang kita tahu pemupukan yang tepat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan produksi terung namun penggunaan pupuk anorganik berlebihan dapat menurunkan kesuburan tanah dan mencemari lingkungan. Pupuk organic seperti kohe sapi dan biofertilizer seperti PGPR menawarkan solusi berkelanjutan dengan dampak lingkungan yang lebih kecil. Penelitian ini betempat di kawasan Balai Standar Instrumen Pertanian Banten dan dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2024 sampai bulan Desember 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan RAK faktorial. Pupuk kotoran hewan sapi (S) sebagai faktor pertama dengan 3 taraf yaitu S1 400g/polibag, S2 500g/polibag, S3 600g/polybag dan faktor kedua adalah pemacu pertumbuhan tanaman /PGPR (P) dari akar bambu dengan 4 taraf yaitu P0 0ml/l, P1 20ml/l, P230 ml/l, P3 40 ml/l. Dari dua faktor tesebut, maka didapatkan 12 kombinasi perlakuan, dan pada masing-masing perlakuan dilakukan 3 kali ulangan sehingga terdapat 36 satuan percobaan. Untuk variabel kuantitatif analisis dengan analisis ragam (ANOVA) dan apabila perlakuan berbeda nyata maka dilakukan uji lanjut menggunakan DMRT 5%. Adapun variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah buah, berat buah per tanaman, jumlah buah per tanaman, panjang buah, diameter buah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan 400 g/polibag pupuk kotoran sapi memberikan pengaruh paling baik terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman 8,15 cm dan jumlah daun 6,83 pada umur 2 MSPT. pemacu pertumbuhan tanaman dari akar bambu sebesar dengan konsentrasi 40 ml/l memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter jumlah buah 5,00, panjang buah 14,79 cm, dan berat buah 419,42 gram. | |||||||||
